This is a great place to get tart burners, candle warmers or any of the candles and accessories sold here. As other reviewers have stated this site has great customer service. They ship quickly--always keep you informed with emails and their products are as promised. I have ordered numerous times from here and have always been pleased. There is either flat shipping or free shipping with a $50 order--also offer a 5% discount on orders over $100. All in all a great site.

This review is more for the customer service aspect of this company than the actual candle products themselves - I am so impressed with customer service here I felt the need to leave a positive opinion on Candle Find. I ordered 2 electric tart burners from their website. Shipping was extremely fast and the products were beautiful in person. Prices are excellent. One of the burners wasn't performing as well as expected, so I emailed customer service inquiring about sending it back. A customer service rep emailed me quickly and let's just say this company is *extremely* customer service oriented, they definitely took care of my needs and made it extremely easy for me to replace the product without any hassle or inconvenience. When I encounter a company that provides excellent customer service, I feel the need to spread the word about it. In a world where customer service is often overlooked, I appreciate it when a company does everything possible to meet the needs of their customers. My tart burners are working beautifully and I am very happy with them. If you want to buy a tart burner I suggest going to Tartburners.com. The selection is HUGE and the prices are great. I will be shopping with them regularly now for tarts, burners and of course candle products too! :) *update - I got another electric heating plate tart burner in Iridescent Pink and if you are a girly girl who loves a little pink here and there, get it! It's SO cute! I have it in my bathroom. Working great, gets hot quickly and allows for huge scent throw*

I have been ordering "Bridgewater" tarts and candles from this company for years. They ship quickly and they have a great selection of fragrances to choose from. They also carry McCalls and other brands as well. I chose this company because they have the best price for Bridgewater tarts and if I do order the candles- the flat rate shipping is a help. Or if it's over $50 it's free.

I had a good experience with this company. I was impressed with their selection of Jar warmers-the large ones priced at $23.99. I also purchased a Bridgewater Warm-Up to fit in this jar warmer (have still to try it). They have a nice selection of Bridgewater, Old Virginia, McCalls and other well-known brand candles. Everything was packed nicely and free shipping over $50. I would purchase from here again. :wink:
