First of all, the customer service is exceptional! I had some questions and one of the owners, Deb, was so helpful and went above and beyond what I had asked. The order arrived in 1 week. I had ordered a bunch of 3 pack tarts and 2 air fresheners for my car. The air fresheners are little bears...they are adorable and they have a strong throw! The tarts are white in color and soy. They look a bit smaller than Yank** but they do pack a punch! I could smell one all about my bottom floor. I have burned CRANBERRY ORANGE SPICE, COUNTRY KITCHEN, CREME BRULEE and AMISH HARVEST and I like them all. They have a very strong scent. The Harvest and Orange spice have a hot spicy cinnamon that is not my favorite but still very good. The Brulee is delicious and the Kitchen yummy. I also tried CHAMOMILE TEA for a change. That was okay. Still strong and I only burned one tart in my kitchen. Right now I'm burning the PUMPKIN PIE and I'm unsure of what I think. It does smell true, but too much spice for me. The freshener in my car started off extraordinarily strong but that only lasted about 3 weeks. I have noticed that some of these tarts have an underlying odor that I'm not too happy about. I don't know if it's just that hot cinnamon background or what it is. I really wanted to love these because the CS is so great, but so far I'm not that pleased. I'll have to try something very different and update as I go.
