I first ordered tarts from this vendor in 2011, and I'm not sure if she was new to the business but there was a TERRIBLE problem with the tart cups. I ended up with a very smelly box full of mess . . . the fragrance oils had eaten through the tart cups and some of the packing peanuts, and it was an unusable glob of scented goo for the most part. The owner was VERY apologetic and she immediately replaced the order, using bagged scallops instead of the cups and I had very good luck with those. I have also ordered bath and body products from this vendor, and the first time I ordered a set in the scent LoveSpell and it was amazing after curing awhile. Last holiday, I ordered some Sun and Sand, and the wrong item was included in the set, which she right away cleared up, but unfortunately, these items have a very artificial plastic-like smell and not the Sun & Sand dupe I was hoping for. I'd have to rate this one hit or miss, although I think she's doing her best to do a good job.
