I wish I could post a more positive review, but sadly, I can't. I placed a medium sized order of small oval cups in various scents....about $40 worth. The TAT posted at the time was 3 weeks. It took 3 months and MANY emails to finally get my order. Many of the cups that finally arrived were larger because of the wait but I can't afford to "hunt" down my purchases once the vendor has my money. I KNOW I am not the only one this has happened to and there are many, many people who have had the same or worse experience. It is such a shame that someone with such a wonderful product has such terrible customer service. :( Nevertheless, I won't be ordering again.
