I run a small storefront and I am an avid candle-lover so I wanted to offer quality candles for my customers. After ordering candles from various candle companies and testing them out, Déjà vu candles out did them all. The quality of Déjà vu candles is by far the best on the market. The candles burn clean given the wicks are kept trimmed, they are long lasting, hold their scent to the last burn, have some of the most unique fragrances, absolutely the prettiest color range and the catchy scent names show creativeness which sets them apart from the rest. Don’t even get me started on the air freshener sprays… Those little suckers are out of this world!!! “Monkey Farts” is like a staple for me! Everyone LOVES this scent, just can’t get enough! This is my best seller all year around, my customers just love it! I always have one of their candles burning; it’s the candle lover in me… When burning Monkey Farts, the way I would describe it would be “Kick you out of your house, knock you down and roll you around strong”! YES… that strong!! Fills up my shop within 1 hour. Customer service is out of this world! Fast shipping! Excellent Products! For those in search of a quality candle, give Déjà vu candles a try! You won’t be sorry, I know I’m sure not! I will be a customer of Deja Vu for life! Update: Have you ever tried the air freshener sprays from dejavucandles? Awesome and they have over 300 sprays per bottle. Awesome to use in my truck. And the wax melts throw the scent for a quick fresh smell. Love them. Hope you all try them because I mean they are really awesome.

I ordered two candles from this company and it took about two weeks before the candles arrived and when they did, one of them was broken into pieces. The packaging was very poor, there was no bubble wrap, only a few peanuts in the box. I immediately sent an email to the company informing them of the breakage and they did not even acknowledge my email. I waited about a week and then sent another email. That was several days ago and I still have not heard a word from this company. I have not yet burned the one candle that survived the shipment, but even if it is fantastic, I don't think I will order from this company again. If they knew how many candles I purchase, I think they would have at least acknowledged my emails. Update: A couple of weeks after I posted this review, I received a phone call from this company. I was told they didn't know about my problem until they saw my review on this board. Even though I had sent two emails, they said they had had computer problems and never received them. I had saved the box and the broken candle(thank goodness) and they are going to have UPS pick it up and they will replace my broken candle. I am very happy about that because the candle did smell good (Bird of Paradise). I still have not burned the one candle that did survive the shipping and I will update my thoughts on it when I do. I am changing my rating a little bit because of the phone call and may change it again when I burn the candle and receive a replacement for the broken one. Update: I have burned my Monkey Farts candle and received a replacement for my Bird of Paradise and they sent an extra candle and some room spray. It was very nice of them to do that, although I doubt that they would have without my posting my complaint on this board. But enough of that, the question is, How did they smell and burn? Monkey Farts: I put this candle in my bedroom and let it burn about 2 hours and went back to check on it. There was very little smell but a good bit of black smoke. I decided it would be better off on a candle warmer in my bathroom. I could smell it a little more and there was no more smoke. I will try the others later. At this point, I can only give this company a mediocre rating. Maybe the others will be better.
