Pure Integrity Soy Candles...

Pure Integrity Candles are a highly recommended brand here at Candlefind. This company sells all soy candles that burn clean, are super strong and very long lasting. Pure Integrity Candles can be purchased through their website or many commercial retailers across the country. This is a brand to watch for as they are definitely on the rise and growing by leaps and bounds.

I ordered two scents from this company: Vanilla Almond and Lemongrass Sage. They are both fantastic! The throw is terrific and authentic. At first, I was not sure I liked the Lemongrass Sage but the longer it burned, the more I liked it. It is a nice clean scent. It reminds me of lime with sort of a 'grassy' undertone for balance. It will be a great summer scent. The Vanilla Almond candle is terrific, too. When my son entered my home, he thought I was baking. :) Along with the two candles I ordered, the owner sent a nice handwritten note and gifted me with two tea light candles which I thought was so nice of her! I will definitely purchase candles from this company again. I can't wait to try some of her other scents!

I ordered a Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate - one for my husband and one for me (guess which one got the chocolate?). What everyone raves about is true, these are the most amazing candles I've ever burned. I've been burning the chocolate one at work (don't want to wait til I get home to smell it) and everyone says "Stop, you're making me hungry!" And you really CAN smell the crust with the pumpkin pie... I too had been "duped" into thinking that every orange candle labeled "Pumpkin Pie" smelled like pumpkin pie - wrong. You will never buy another artifically-scented candle again after being spoiled by Pure Integrity! They sent 2 tealights in the Macintosh Apple scent, I've only burned through 1/2 of one and it's such a sweet, true scent - and I'm not even crazy about apple! The handwritten note was such a thoughtful touch as well. Pure Integrity is worth every penny and more... UPDATE: I ordered a Chai Latte and a Lemongrass, both the larger jars. I've only lit the Chai Latte, and frankly, I cannot smell it that much! It smells great cold, I just cannot detect much of a scent when it's burning. Strange, because the above fragrances I bought were really strong. I'll post my opinion of the Lemongrass once I light it (my husband took the lid off and said "It smells like Pledge!") So we'll see... maybe my home will at least smell freshly-dusted and waxed! 4/3/06: Okay, I've burned the Chai Latte & Lemongrass over the weekend and here are my thoughts - Chai Latte: Now that's it's been burning for several hours, it is much stronger and although I like the scent okay, it's just not for me. No fault of the candle, just not my type of scent. You'll only know if you try them, huh? And Lemongrass? Well, I still don't care much for that one either. I've definitely learned that I like sweeter smells! Can't wait to try one from PI, perhaps Fruit Slices is next?

After reading Carolyn's review, I wanted to try this company. Let me just say, this is probably the BEST place I have ever bought candles from!! I really have nothing negative to say about my experience at Pure Integrity. Let me just list off all the pros of this company: 1) After a glitch on their website made every candle 14.99, I emailed customer service and was given this price for BOTH of my 26 oz. candles (normally 22.99 each)!! 2) The jars are extremely pretty with classic wooden tops and no labels. 3) Scents are very authentic. I tried Papaya Passion which is fruity and sweet, very yummy. I also bought Honeysuckle which is sweet and floral. Both candles burn clean, evenly, and scent my entire apartment even when they are unlit. 4) Fabulous customer service! When a candle scent I ordered was discontinued, a woman from the company called me at home just to make sure I picked my second favorite scent! As you can see, I am very impressed with the professionalism and integrity that this company maintains. I will certainly be back again. Thanks!

I ordered my candle on a Tuesday. The candle was shipped to me by Friday wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by peanuts! Jeff Schumacher, one of the owners/creators of Pure Integrity, had included a hand written note in the box. I thought that was a nice, personal touch. In the note he said that he had included 2 free Papaya Passion tealights. I actually ordered a 10 oz. chocolate soy candle, but the note from Jeff continued on to say that my candle had been upgraded for free, so I ended up with a 16 oz!!! Now, I just feel lucky, because I’m sure they don’t do that everyday. Maybe they didn’t want to make another batch of chocolate wax and already had a 16 oz ready and waiting. Who knows? But I was like, “woohoo, bigger candle for lower price!":-) My review is actually going to be of P.I.'s Papaya Passion tealights, because I have to tell you how long these tealights burned for. I lit my tealights 3 times and kept track of when I lit them and when I extinguished them. The tealights burned for a total of, no joke, 7 hours and 15 minutes...maybe a little longer because I was interrupted several times the first time I tried to keep track. When I received these tealights, the containers were filled to a little over the brim with wax. I was surprised and impressed with how full they were! In an open area, my two tealights sat on an endtable at each end of my couch. My living room and kitchen are attached and it is very open. Considering the amount of space, the tealights were still fairly strong and consistent. Because they are smaller, I would suggest burning a group of them close together or burning fewer of them in a contained room. The first time I burned them was in my office on each end of my desk. At first the office door was open, but again, the tealights were still strong and consistent considering the space. Once I closed the door to eliminate distractions...oh my! I felt like I was breathing in a piece of heaven. The scent permeated the entire room. While these tealights smell tropical, they were also a very relaxing scent for me. I was practicing yoga at the time, so maybe that's why. But the scent isn't overly stimulating, just light and refreshing. While the scent has a fantastic throw, it isn't overbearing in the least. Papaya Passion is very fruity, genuine, and makes you want to eat...the candle?!?! Thanks to Carolyn, I am now hooked on soy candles. I discovered that I am allergic to paraffin, and so is my husband, but we didn't realize it was the candles we were burning until I read an article of Carolyn's and put two and two together like she did. Maybe this is silly, or just psychological, but the air actually seems cleaner when I burn my soy candles. I would encourage everyone to try a Pure Integrity candle. They are kind and considerate people with fast shipping and great customer service. Their scents are fantastic and strong. But more importantly, their soy candles are just plain better for your health and the health of those around you. Even if you don't have allergic reactions, you'll still be inhaling cleaner air. Pure Integrity gives you 20% off your first order and a free 5 oz. candle if you refer three friends to their website. So in addition to getting two free tealights and an upgraded candle, I also received 20% off this order and a free 5 oz. candle in Hot Mulled Cider (you can choose the scent at checkout). In Summary: Go to Pure Integrity and try your favorite scent now! :-)

I tried a 10 oz candle in pumpkin. The package arrived quickly and included was a little personal note and 2 free tealights of apple strudel.Let me start by saying i love double wicked candles and the fact that the smaller size comes double wicked is a plus for me . I love that they have plain frosted glass jars which many companies have some not so pretty labels on thier candles. The smell of the pumpkin pie was soo real to me . You can actually smell the crust of the pie. Most pumpkin scents ive tried from other companies smell only like spice which is nutmeg and cinnamon and no pumpkin. This so far is the best pumpkin pie ive smelled. When lit , the candle gives off a very strong throw and scented my living room and the hallway . It also looks very pretty with the 2 wicks. It burned clean and even .just be sure when you light it that you let the whole top layer burn before you blow it out. This has been the best soy candle ive tried so far. I will order more scents in the future but im waiting for some specials that hopefully they will have soon. If you are looking for a strong scented soy candle with pretty jars try these ! You wont be disappointed !

After reading recommendations of this company, I placed an order for three of their 10 oz candles. When my ordered arrived, I had a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, and two free Harvest tealights. The jars are beautiful, no labels, and pretty wood lids. I love the double wick. The first scent I tried was Pumpkin Pie. It is definately different than any pumpkin pie I tried. When I first lifted the lid and smelled the candle, I got a definate maple smell. I thought perhaps it was just me, but after having burned it for several hours, my daughter came home from school, walked in the house and said "Yummm...it smells like pancakes in here." So I guess I wasn't the only one getting the maple scent. I tried to detect "crust" smell, but couldn't...but I could detect pumpkin. The next scent I tried was Victorian Christmas. This is destined to be a favorite of mine. Very fresh, clean....with notes of pine, and perhaps mint. A very good scent. The third scent I got was Almond Vanilla. I bought this as a teacher-gift for Christmas, so alas, I can't burn it...even tho I really wish I could because it smells really good with the lid off. Guess I'll just have to order one for myself! These candles are burning amazingly well, even with no residue on the sides, and no soot. I am surprised at the scent throw, you can smell them within minutes of lighting, and the scent lingers even into the next day. The Harvest tealights I got were nicely filled, and had a cinnamon smell. I burned one in my bedroom, but could only smell it when I got close. I think with a larger candle this would be really nice, with a better scent throw than a single tealight. I will definately order from this company again.

I have ordered from Pure Integrity several times. I keep going back to them because their candles are very authentic and almost always have a great throw. The quality of the candles is always outstanding. I always receive outstanding customer service from Jeff and Teresa. They are running a high quality customer satisfaction always guaranteed business. My items come nicely packed. They always include a handwritten thank you note and 2 free tea lights. I love getting this bonus because I can sample other scents before buying them. It's a really appreciative gesture. Every candle burns clean with no waste. The scents are always real and always strong! Among my favorites are Pumpkin Pie, Vanilla Almond, Fruit Slices, Vanilla, Creme Brulee, Amaretto, Chai Latte, Orange Vanilla, Blackberry, Victorian Christmas, and Hot Apple Strudel. I've only been disappointed with one candle and that is Maple. It has hardly any throw and doesn't smell like Maple at all. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a high quality, highly fragranced, and well burning candle.

I ordered two of the jars, the medium pumpkin pie and the smaller apple strudel! WOW, they are both wonderful, especially the Pumpkin Pie. I absolutely LOVE the scent of Pumpkin Pie candles, and have bought several that i thought were wonderful~but nothing like this one. Smells EXACTLY like it, crust and all! I definately will receommend these candles! Great service and fast shipping too :)

These are among the best soy candles I have tried in a while. I ordered the following scents: Almond Vanilla Strawberry Tropical Breeze Wild Cherry Peach I love the simple design of the jar and the label is on the bottom, which is what I prefer to labels on the side of jar or top. The colors of the candles are lovely as they match the names of the scents. These candles have excellent throw and they smell true to scent. I also received 2 free mini candles as a surprise with my order. The shipping was super fast and everything was packaged extremely well. The flyer (information sheet) she included about the way they make their candles was very helpful and the hand written 'thank you for your business' note is something nice that I don't see too often from small businesses these days. She showed me that she valued me as a customer and that will keep me coming back for more. I would love to order from her again.

Having read all the good reviews, I just had to try Pure Integrity. I love soy anyway. I've been burning foody scents for several months now, and needed to try something different. I chose two candles, Lavender and Sandlewood Amber---both terrific to burn in a bedroom. I'm a big lavender fan, but all lavender isn't one type of lavender. There are French and English lavenders; some are sharp, some herbal, some medicinal, some strong, some mellow. You really don't know what you're getting when you order online. I was NOT disappointed with PI's lavender! I would describe it as a "pure" lavender---lavender, minus all those annoying base notes that sometimes spoil the scent. A softened, mellowed lavender, very relaxing. There are scents that chatter and some that strut; then there are scents like this lavender, that gently embrace and whisper, "Shhhh...everything's OK." Perfect for the bedroom, where I am burning mine. The scent throw was great, and I was happy about that too. I bought just a small jar of the Sandlewood Amber. Everyone has a different version of amber, and although I love the scent, there are some pretty weird/exotic versions out there. But I was delighted and pleased with this scent from PI. It wasn't a terribly deep and resinous scent...the sandlewood made it just a little "perfumey" (translated: romantic). Again, a perfect bedroom scent. These candles from Pure Integrity burn as well as a candle can. The soy wax turns into a liquid pool that leaves no edges, no film, on the glass jar. And as everyone points out...it sure is nice not having a label on the side of the jar! Customer service was above & beyond. I got an email confirmation of payment received, but for some reason, never got the follow-up email providing a tracking number for shipping. So I emailed PI, and they called me on my cell to give me the number, and even correctly told me what day I would receive my candles! I am delighted with this company, and will be ordering again from them.

I came across this site a little over a month ago and it was because of Candlefind.com that I was able to find and try this company. First let me say that I burn candles from morning to night. I became ill and find great pleasure in the comfort I get from my candles. I have always been a candle lover and have tried almost every candle company out there and have to say Pure Integrity is one of my fav's by far. My first order was a "lets try them out" and I ordered the vanilla, lilac, and strawberry. NOTE ALL OF THESE WERE 16oz candles: VANILLA HUGE throw and strong. I placed one in teh front of my home and one in the back and it filled my home very nicely. I found putting two in my bedroom was to strong. (I usually burn two at a time always). This is a REAL vanilla. You can actually smell the vanilla beans. LOVED IT LILAC Moderate throw. It was a nice soothing floral scent and I found it to be a relaxing one in the evening in my bedroom. To me there was an undertone of a clean type smell that I also enjoyed. STRAWBERRY Mod-Strong I also had these in tea lights and was so surprised how LONG they lasted. I had never seen tea lights last this long. I could burn them for almost three days. The scent was sweet to me which I like in a strawberry scent and it was very true to it's name. If you like strawberry this is a great one for you. On this order I also got a free MULBERRY which was the 5oz jar and I was so surprised that this little candle packed a big punch. I lit it on my night table in my bedroom and it filled it pretty well. I loved the scent and it was the purest "mulberry" scent I have tried. It does seem you have to trim the wicks more on these smaller candles but to me this one was well worth it. It burned totally clean and now I use the jar in my bathroom room. It was a strong scent to me which I also loved and will be ordering a larger jar. My next order I contacted Jennifer to get some suggestions since as all of us know it is hard to order "candles" online without being able to smell them. She was very helpful and we emailed each other for about a week before I placed my next order. She did her best to try and describe how she felt each scent was like. After our long conversations I finally made up my mind and ordered two each of Sandalwood, Pina Colada, Fruit Slices and Creame Brulee. I also was sent MANY tea lights including the new summer scents. SANDALWOOD AMBER I was really looking forward to this one and I don't know what happened but I did not get a scent through most of the candle. It wasn't till the very end that all of a sudden I got a great scent throw and LOVED it. It was just a shame that I didn't get to enjoy this candle until the last couple of burns. :-( It is a great scent and I would have loved to have been able to have enjoyed it. I have contacted Jennifer about this but have not yet heard back from her, will let you know. ***UPDATE: As always their cutomer service was wonderful and Jennifer scent me a replacement for this candle. This time it was PERFECT. It had a great scent all through the candle and in my opinion makes a great 'bedroom' and romantic scent. To me this one had a slight perfume undertone as well but it isn't overwhelming by any means. PINA COLADA MODERATE throw. THIS IS A GREAT ONE My daughter and I loved this one. It is a great summer scent to me. My hubby even made a comment on it which he never does. All that was missing was the rum. LOL It smelled JUST like the real thing and was very refreshing and to me a fun kind of scent. This is great for summer. You could smell the pineapple and cocconut with a touch of sweetness. This one I will reorder. FRUIT SLICES Huge throw. I don't know what I can say about this one that everyone else has already said. I LOVED it and it is one of my fav's right up there with the vanilla. To me I would burn this one anytime of the year because I love it so much. I can see why it has gotten such great reviews. I got MANY complimentary tea lights and one of my favs was the Almost Paradise, Chocolate and the new summer scents First Bloom and Lemon Meringue. CHOCOLATE My daugter and I laughed at the chocolate as it smelled JUST like fresh baked brownies in the oven. I mixed burning it with the vanilla and WOW what a GREAT combination. My daughter wants me to order the chocolate for her. FIRST BLOOM since this was only a tea light I would hate to comment on the throw but will say that I put two in my bathroom and it filled it up VERY well. I really love this scent. To me it has a beautiful fresh cut flowers smell and is very refreshing. As with all the tealights from this company they burned for days. I liked this one so much that I will be ordering it this week in a large jar. LEMON MERINGUE this was also a tealight and the scent throw was terrific. Now I am not a normal "lemon" type person but this was really nice. I could actually smell what I thought was a pie crust. It was a fresh lemon smell (not at all like pledge) but a like fresh cut lemons when making lemonaide and a touch of sugar. If you like a mix of a twist on a bakery scent but with a clean fresh cut lemon scent and a touch of sweetness you will love this one. To my surprise I really liked this scent and will be ordering this one in a larger jar as well. ***UPDATE: I ordered two of the larger ones in this scent and was NOT disapointed. They both burned great and as I have already discribed the scent was as great as the tea lights if not better. I can't get over how much you can actually smell the crust :-) I had two jars burning in a small room and actually put one out because one was strong enough. ALMOST PARADISE Again this is one I can't say much more then what all of the other great reviews have been on it. I loved it right out of the box and I knew it would be a great one burning and it was. The scent throw was terrific!!! If you like a fruity and clean type smell this is one for you for sure. CONCLUSION All and all I love this company and will be making many more orders. The candles burn very clean and last a VERY LONG TIME. (I burn candles constantly in my home and everyday so that is a big deal for me). The customer service is great. Any time I had a question on a scent I just wrote to them and got a response. I really love this company and love their candles. As everyone else has stated I also got a personal note in regard to questions I may have had or just a thank you which to me says a lot. I will be writing again soon and when my next order arrives :-) ***UPDATE Well as an update I bought a bigger size jar of the new FIRST BLOOM and have to say this is one of my all time favorite candles EVER. I usually do not like floral but LOVE this one. The scent throw is TERRIFIC. One 16oz filled my entire living room and kitchen area. It is such a romantic yet fresh scent and my husband loves it as well (which says a lot trust me lol). It is not to "perfumy" which I really like since I am prone to headaches. It is like walking in a beautiful garden full of fresh flowers. It is a great one for spring and summer but I can see this will be one I will burn anytime of the year. It is a nice one to relax to as well like a lavender would be. UPDATE: 5/31/07 I just ordered the CHERRY, GRAPE, ROSE, AND MULBERRY. MULBERRY I already know I love this one as I had a small jar (I got it for free for doing the "refer a friend"), and it filled my bedroom which I was surprised given the smaller size of the jar and it lasted for a very long time. I can't wait to get the larger jars. The scent on this one is strong just like I like my candles to be. It is one of the better mulberry candles I have tried. The CHERRY I have tried in tea lights. I lit two in my bathroom. It smelled just like cherry lifesavers and I loved it. It had a crisp refreshing kind of smell as well (don't know if that makes sense but don't know how else to describe it). I didn't think I would like it but I did. It wasn't to sweet and smelled just like you would think a cherry candle would smell like. I can't wait to get the larger jar. It also had a great scent throw especially for being tea lights. For me this is one I would not have normally purchased so I am glad they scent me a tealight to try so I could "step out of the box" as they say. I haven't tried the grape or rose yet but will let everyone know when I get them... Happy candle burning to everyone until then... Some of you may already know this but each month they have a different "special" and everytime you place an order you can do the "refer a friend" which gives you a free 5oz candle of your choice of scent. I just always put the name of the scent I want in the comments section when I check out since I have found that sometimes the box doesn't always show up at checkout. They have always read the comments and made sure I got my free candle. I have not yet found a scent that I did not like from this company and cannot say enough about the WONDERFUL customer service. I think I have now tried almost every scent they have. I like my candles to have a very strong scent throw and MOST of these do even the ones that say "moderate" on their website. The only negitive thing I can say about them is I wish the price was a little lower but besides that it is a great company to try if you have not done so already.

I ordered two Pure Integrity candles on the recommendation of CandleFind. When the UPS man arrived with the package he said, "This smells good!" He was right! I could smell vanilla without even opening the box. I had ordered the large jars of vanilla almond and herb garden, and they threw in two free vanilla tealights. I immediately lit the vanilla almond. It has a great scent and filled my whole home. It is only 1600 square feet, but in San Diego I always have the windows open so sometimes a candle can be hard to notice. Not only did it fill the whole house, but when I was out watering the plants my neighbor asked me what I was baking. That is proof that this candle has a great throw. Now the bad news is the herb garden. My roommate grabbed that one and took it to his store where he sells Steinway pianos. He burns it there. He says the costomers have been commenting how nice his store smells. Luckily, I was smart enough to smell it when it first arrived so I know the cold scent was great. I guess I am just going to have to order another one for myself. He of course thinks I need to order him the sandlewood candle for the store. Whatever! I will be buying more candles from Pure Integrity (probably today) and recommend that you do as well. You will not be disappointed.

After reading great reviews, I ordered Vanilla Almond, Oatmeal Raisin, Almost Paradise, Apple Strudel. Loved them all. Very strong and fills the entire house, which is pretty big. No wasted wax from tunneling. Vanilla Almond- one of my favorites. Initally strong, but mellows to a nice vanilla. Will re-order. Almost Paradise- probably my favorite. A clean, crisp blueberry type scent. Not bakery blueberry but more fruity. My son walked in and said "boy is that a strong candle. It smells great." Apple Strudel- While apple is not my favorite type of scent, I did like it and found it not too sweet. Basically like an apple pie baking. Oatmeal Raisin- a bit too strong for me in that it smells more burnt as someone else said. My husband didn't like it and he never says anything about any scent. With so many to try, wouldn't re-order. Just got my second order of Pumpkin pie, vanilla, herb garden, papaya paradise, sandlewood amber. Love, love, pumpkin pie. Everyone at work loved it and wants to order it(had them send my order to my work place)Smells like you just baked a pie. Not too much cinnamon or cloves like some other pumpkins. Probably my favorite as I love pumpkin scents. I didn't care that it's more of a winter scent._I had to have it now! Sandlewood amber- Love this also. Deviated from my bakery scents after getting a free tealight. Can't describe it. It just smells so good in the bedroom. Haven't tried the vanilla, herb garden or papaya yet. They smell good cold though, especially the papaya. Got free samples of caramel vanilla- cold smell- sweet as you would expect buttercream- no scent whatsoever. Cant figure this one out. Pomegranite- a crisp, tart scent. haven't burned it yet. chai latte- smells just like the tea. Very spicy I am new to candles and have learned alot in a short time. Yankee candles burn my eyes and have no throw at all and soy just doesn't irritate me. I have a Henri Bendel candle and I had to put it out. It made me choke and I am not usually sensitive at all. Pure Integrity candles are a bit expensive, but worth it. I also like AZaftigWoman.com candles but there is so much waste due to tunneling. Pure Integrity aren't cloying as other bakery scents can be. I highly recommend them!

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CANDLES! I WOULD BUY THESE CANDLES AT ANY PRICE. THE PRICE MATCHES THE INCREDIBLE QUALITY! First, the candles are beautiful! The smell is absolutely true to its name & is strongly fragranced w/ a great throw. Don't buy these candles if you don't like strong smelling candles because they are REALLY strong, but in a good way. The person who packed my candles even gave me a few free tea lights & let me tell you these are not your average tea lights! They're overfilled & the smell will fill up a small room or bathroom. I got a vanilla almond, hazlenut, & oatmeal cookie candles. The vanilla almond is wonderful! Smells just like the name - light, creamy, slightly sweet vanilla mixed w/ drops of almonds. Same great throw as all their candles are. The hazlenut is a very strong candle. To the hazlenut lover, you won't be disappointed. It smells buttery & sweet. It was too sweet for my taste, but I'm sure others will definately enjoy it. The oatmeal cookie is SOOOOOOO good! This is a must have. Oh my god, it is so authentic! It's so warm & inviting. Once it's lit, you can actually taste the cookie in your mouth. I Love This Candle!!! EVERYONE MUST AT LEAST BUY 1 OF THE OATMEAL COOKIE IF THEY'RE PLACING AN ORDER - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. BTW, the candles burn clean & even. No black soot coming out, even when lit near a draft. There are no labels on their frosted jars, which makes the candles look so elegant. The frosted jars makes the flicker a beautiful white, which I appreciate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE CANDLES!

I have to say, I was so excited about getting these candles after reading all of the great reviews. Jennifer was so nice in helping me and they sent me 4 extra tealights in two different scents. I ordered six candles in different sizes. I ordered an oatmeal raisin cookie since it was their special of the month at 25% off. How can you pass that up! I also ordered pumpkin pie, buttercream, vanilla almond, fruit slices, papaya passion, and harvest. When I opened up the buttercream and vanilla almond I didn't really like the cold scent. When I lit those 2 candles, all I can say is "WOW". The scent throw was amazing and the smell was unbelievable. I've smelled plenty of buttercreams from well known companies and this one was the best. It was strong for a buttercream, which is normally a subtle fragrance. The vanilla almond smelled just like a wedding cake to me, which I love. I can't wait to burn the others. I'm loving Pure Integrity so far. Their candle prices may be a little on the high side but very much worth it. I know I'll be ordering from them again! ****************************** I can't seem to say enough good things about this company! I have found my new favorite candle.Almost Paradise. This candle is awesome. It smells similar to Willow Creek's Paradise with the hint of blueberry. I have so many favorites from Pure Integrity and I am never disappointed. Their service is great and shipping is so fast. Jennifer is awesome and she always answers my emails quickly. If you want to sample anything she'll send it to you with an order of course. This company is awesome! By the way, I didn't know Pure Integrity carried a blueberry candle until Jennifer sent me some tealights(she got the hint that I love blueberry).I immediately went back and ordered 2 large candles. Theresa and Jeff do an awesome job! ************************** I think I'm on my 5th order from this company. You'll be sick of hearing me praise them but they are awesome. I got my blueberry candles yesterday and more little free goodies and these have got to be the best smelling blueberry candles around. Their July special is awesome - $5.00 shipping and a free 12 pack of tealights in their summer scents. If you haven't tried this company you need to. You won't be disappointed. Very fast shipping too. All of their scents are very authentic. I can't seem to get enough of their vanilla almond and Jennifer sent me some tealights in Hot Aple Strudel and I'll be ordering that one soon too. Love Love Love Pure Integrity!

I ordered several PI candles a few weeks ago. I got the Apple Strudel and a small Hazelnut. The candles burn beautifully. My problem is that I have a large kitchen-Family Room space and when I burn candles, I really, really want to smell the scent. Unfortunately, the Apple Strudel didn't do a thing for the area, so I emailed the company (this is NOT something I've ever done before). Not only did I receive an email back, but I also received a personnal phone call from the owner, Jeff! We chatted forever, with me being in shock. This company definitely prides itself on PLEASING their customers and in today's mixed up world, I doubt any of us find this very often. Jeff suggested that I try PUMPKIN PIE (on him). Wow, wow, wow! This was my answer to finding a strong throw in my space. Jeff also sent me 2 Macintoch jars to try and they too were awesome -though not quite the throw of the Pumpkin. I also “tested” my new jars at my daughters' who has a larger area then mine and all we could do was smile! When we purchase candles we do take a chance and the one I took turned out to be “award winning”. Not only do I highly recommend these scents, I also want to acknowledge the incredible service of PI. This may sound weird, but Jeff and Jenn helped restore my faith in mankind! Thanks Pure Integrity -you'll definitely be hearing from me again!

I had to give this place a try, and like everyone else, I LOVE them too. I ordered Pumpkin Pie also, and I love it. Its very nice and strong. And I also ordered Vanilla Almond, and I was saving it for a friend, but I think I am going to have to burn it, it smells wonderful. I will just have to order more for my friends. The tealights were such a sweet gift too, they are super sweet people and they care so much. I highly recommend them. I will be back soon.

After reading the reviews, I ordered four 16oz jars and I have to say I loved them. I ordered Oatmeal Cookie and that was my fav - it scented my whole living room/kitchen area, also ordered Vanilla Almond, Pumpkin Pie, and Hot Apple Strudel. They all gave a great scent throw and burned very nice. I have recommended this company to all my candle friends and will absolutely order from them again :-)

I must say that these are the BEST candles I have ever purchased!! I am a candle addict, Illuminations, Yankee Candle, Votivo, etc..... I absolutely LOVE these. I chose GRAPE which smells like grape koolaid from my childhood, makes your mouth water. I also chose HYACINTH which is so soft and true to scent, it is amazing. These candles burn very clean, come in pretty frosted jars and they pack them with care. I am a "FOREVER" customer. Pam

I highly recommend these. I am pleased with all scents recieved and will be placing another order soon. Honeysuckle is very delicate though strong. A large jar of Almost Paradise is totally permeating my apartment. I went out of town for 3 days and when I came home it still smelled pretty. I am loving these summery scents that don't reek like cans of air freshener. They smell warm and refreshing for July! Thank you!

I am happy to give Pure Integrity a stellar review! Thank you, Candlefind for introducing me to this company. I am a healthcare worker with long, stressful days on my feet, and candles are a great way to pamper and relax. Pure Integrity does not disapoint! One thing I am discovering through internet ordering is that everyone's sense of smell is different, and that sometimes what I think I will like, I don't, and vice versa! 1st order: 10 oz. HERB GARDEN - COLD, smooth, Angel perfume notes. HOT, Sandalwood, honey, light herbal notes, not as "green" as I expected. Fantastic scent throw! 19 year old son liked this! This is similar to Be**pod Candles "Harmony" scent, with Be**pod having more of a sweet/strong vanilla tone. I prefer HERB GARDEN. Double wicked, perfect burn, no smoke or soot. This will be a repeat purchase! TROPICAL BREEZE tealights - COLD, in your face, ultra-fresh! The UPS man had just set the sealed box in my open garage, and the whole area was permeated! This was a bit much for me. HOT, this did soften up a touch, wonderful throw for a tealight. This has a soapy/softener scent, no fruit at all. I guess I was expecting this with a name like Tropical Breeze. Color is a medium sea blue, perfect for the upstairs hall bath. Not my favorite scent, but these tealights do perform! Burns fantastic, 6+ hours!! Great for those evenings when I get home at 7:00pm, and do not have time to light a large candle. Free gift: 2 WOODSTOCK tealights - Soft, smooth sandalwood/patchouli scent, sandalwood predominates. Moderate throw, relaxing meditation/bedroom use. A friend immediately ordered a candle after smelling this cold! 2nd order: 16 oz. ALMOST PARADISE: I ordered this in hopes of duplicating Tr**p Gardens Blackberry Vanilla. Tr**p's is very light on the blackberry, and has a clean delivery, not at all sweet. Jennifer of Pure Integrity corresponded with me, sending hints and free samples in a friendly, timely manner. COLD, heavy on the non-sweet blue/blackberry. Not quite the match I was looking for. HOT, as in Tropical Breeze, this scent is softening up. I am smelling blackberry & ylang ylang, not much vanilla. Throw is moderate in an upstairs traditional 4 bedroom 2 bath floorplan. Again, not sweet, this is growing on me. 12 SANDALWOOD AMBER tealights. COLD, subtle, powdery sandalwood. (Can you tell I like sandalwood?) HOT, moderate throw, perfect, smooth scent men would like also. Great for the bedroom/bath. I will probably always have some of these around! Woodstock is similar, but more earthy. 3.5 OZ PAPAYA PASSION Soy Melts - My first venture in melts due to this site! This is a scent I did not think I would like, since most fruit candles out there have sickeningly sweet, artificial odors. I just purchased an electric tart melter, and thought I would give P.P. a try, since it was so highly recommended. This way, if I did not like it, I was not committed to a large candle. COLD, Hey Mikey, I like it! True tropical fruit, not too sweet, I think I smell a touch of blackberry. HOT, this is a winner! Fantastic throw with 2 squares downstairs, everything the cold scent promises and more! Why did I wait so long to try melts?? I really think this is a relaxing scent almost anyone would enjoy. 3.5 oz AUTUMN SPLENDOR Melts: COLD, true cinnamon predominates. I haven't burnt this one yet, but I am looking forward to it when the weather turns cooler. (IF I can stop burning Papaya Passion!) Free gift of 2 FIRST BLOOM tealights & 2 SUGARED SPRUCE tealights: First Bloom COLD, white floral blend predominates (honeysuckle or gardenia?) with a grassy note in the background. No fruit notes. This will be a perfect "girly-girl" scent. I will substitute this for my Tuberose fix from Tr**p. Beautiful and sophisticated. Sugared Spruce COLD, fir with a bit of sweetness. This is strong, and I will probably love this at Christmas time, but now, I am not in the mood to burn this. I also received a Candle Quencher 1/2 price with this order that does work perfectly in quenching/trimming the wicks in jar candles. To sum up this LOOOONG review, Pure Integrity candles/melts burn clean, very long, throw well to excellent, and customer service is impeccable! Ordering over the internet, you are always going to have a few surprises in scents, but you may discover you do like some that you thought you wouldn't, like Papaya Passion! If you love candles, you will love Pure Integrity!

I ordered some candles in the scents of fruit slices, papaya passion, vanilla, and lemon meringue pie and I got a free 5 oz candle for refering three freinds. I have burned the fruit slices and papaya passion and they smell wonderful and have a strong scent throw and they burn very nicely. I am very happy with this company and there definitely one of my favorites (the other being aroma soy by grazia). Im glad I found this company. If you havent tried this company you defintely should, there candles are really authentic and strong smelling. I just wish the shipping was a little cheaper.

I am a vanilla lover. In my search for a great vanilla candle, based on the editor's reviews I had to finally give this company a try. I kept considering them, but the prices were a bit high for a skeptic like me. I ordered 3) 26 oz Vanilla candles during a 20% off for scent of the month special they were running. I was pleasantly surprised with the strong, sweet scent - very yummy! I decided to place a 2nd order for the Vanilla Almond based on the reviews I have read. I ordered 3) 26 oz candles yesterday and they have already shipped! Very prompt shipping and wonderful customer service make this company a plus.

I had wanted to order from here for some time but they didn't offer melts which was what I wanted. Now they do and that is what I ordered. I am melting the Lily of the Valley today and it is perfect. Two of the squares have been burning in my electric burner for 10 hrs now and the house is still filled with the fragrance. It is a true Lily of the Valley scent which is not that easy to duplicate. I ordered four other scents and if they are all as good as this one I shall be placing another huge order very soon. The order shipped on time--was packed well and two free tealights were included along with a personal note from the owners. Very nice experience from start to finish.

WOW, i'm so glad i tried this candle company! i ordered 2 of their largest jar candles in Evergreen and Honeysuckle. Haven't got around to buring the Honeysuckle yet, but the Evergreen- i think i'm in love with this candle! Very strong, burns beauitfully! I also got a handwritten note and 2 free tealights with my order, which i thaught was very nice of them! I will be back for more soon! :) ****UPDATE*** i burned the Honeysuckle. Pleasant scent, but not strong at all. I don't think i'll order this scent again. I need strong scents like the Evergreen! :)

After placing orders with 4 different candle companies featured on candlefind, my order from Pure Integrity arrived first, and has honestly been the most impressive. I ordered break apart tarts in Sugared Spruce, VIctorian Christmas, Lemon Meringue Pie, Autumn Splendor, Carrot Cake, and Cranberry Spice. I also recieved 2 free tealights in Macintosh apple, which were wonderful. I used all of these in my classroom, filled with stinky teenage boys! :-) They went CRAZY for the sugared spruce, and said it was the best thing they had ever smelled. They also were huge fans of the Victorian Christmas, which I still liked, but not as much as the spruce. My personal favorite was the cranberry spice, very strong throw, and a wonderful scent. The lemon was very authentic, and would be a great summer smell. The carrot cake was delicious, and made us all hungry. I was so excited to try the pumpkin pie, since the reviews on candle find were so great, but unfortunately, I just didn't care for it at all. It seemed to have an almost chemical smell. Since I have not this or the one from Spotted Hog, I wonder if I am looking for more of a pumpkin spice, vs a pie?? Anyway, I will keep trying. With all of this being said, these were the strongest smelling tarts I ordered, and I loved them. This company seems a bit more pricey than the others, and I wish they made individual tarts for a little cheaper. So, I am hoping for an awesome sale, and I will stock up!

I have placed a few orders from PI and just never got around to posting a review. These are the cleanest burning candles yet. Here is a list of what I have ordered. Papaya Passion (one of my favorites) Almost Paradise (another favorite) Chai Latte - nice strong throw Mulberry Orange Vanilla Pumpkin Pie Vanilla Almond All these scents are awsome. I just wish I could afford to buy them more often. Love PI candles and customer service is outstanding.

I have been purchasing Pure Integrity candles for about 5 years now. So has my mother. I got her hooked. There are plenty of great places to buy candles out there but Pure Integrity is the most consistant in their quality and scents. I may experiment and try other places but I always come back. If you have not tried them you don't know what you are missing.
Whats That Smell
August 19th, 2009
Frosted jars, attractive wooden lids, double cotton wicks. Pumpkin Pie and Oatmeal Cookie VERY strong yummy scents. Herb Garden very clean, green scent. Love all three scents! Lime Spritzer and Clove are nice but I like stronger scents. Lemongrass Sage, I like but my boyfriend thinks it smells like bug spray. I am thinking he was smelling bug spray as I had sprayed the kitchen a few days earlier. I am going to burn the candle again and see what he thinks as it smelled lemony when I first opened it. I will burn it no matter what he thinks as I like it! Pomegranite tea lights smell good and not too sweet, fruity. The soy candles burn clean and do not tunnel. I recommend Pure Integrity not only for the candles but for the exceptional customer service. -------------------- I have burnt the Lemongrass Sage and it does not smell like bug spray. It has a lemon scent with a faint herbal scent. It is a pretty lime color. I wish it was a stronger lemon scent but I still like it. ------------------- My boyfriend was standing by the Lemongrass Sage I had burning and he said it smelled really good and asked which candle it was. I told him it was the one he said smelled like bug spray so it WAS bug spray he was smelling. The Herb Garden, Lime Spritzer and Lemongrass smell great when they are burnt together (I am a three at a time burner and like scents to blend)

I am very impressed with the soy candles so far that I have tried from this company. The scents I've tried have been really authentic and the scent throw is great...very strong. I've been burning their Papaya Passion in my house lately and the scent really fills up one of my large rooms. This scent smells very "islandy." I like to pretend I'm in the Carribean on a beautiful beach sipping some kind of islandy, fresh papaya drink with a pretty umbrella! OH HOW I WISH!!!! Anyway, if you're looking around for a nice soy candle company, I suggest you try a few of their candles to see what you think. I've also tried their Grape scented candle and it was AWESOME! I wrote a review for the grape candle which you can find in my review section. I'm going to be adding more reviews to the site soon of Pure Integrity candles, so be on the lookout for that. My first one will be of Papaya Passion! I know I just reviewed it here a bit, but there will be more info in my "official" review and pretty pictures and stuff. :-) Carolyn

I've been burning a 10 oz chocolate candle from Pure Integrity. The throw is excellent and it smells like hot chocolate! Yum. This candle burns clean and has no smoke or residue that I have noticed.

I recently purchased 2 candles from Pure Integrity based on the reviews I read. Like most of you, I have been buying candles for a very long time and have been pretty disappointed. I purchased the Vanilla Almond and Snow Clouds. They sent me a larger Snow Clouds then I originally ordered-that is awesome!! The Almond Vanilla I have been burning downstairs, I have a rather large home with open floor plan-the scent has traveled all through the downstairs and even upstairs!! It smells like warm sugar cookies baking in the oven. The Snow Clouds I have been burning in my bedroom-it is a very clean, soothing scent. It has filled up the entire upstairs with scent. These candles are really fantastic!!! The scent throw is amazing and I will definately purchase them again. They have also been burning nice and clean. (y) ***16FEB06*** Ordered two more large jars from this company. I purchased the Lime Spritzer which has a moderate scent throw. I also got the Wild Cherry, it has a great strong throw!!! I received some tealights in Fruit slices and Papaya and both were nice, the Fruit slices is a nice scent. I am not usually to into fruit scents, but these were pretty good. A little disappointed with the lime, but still really like this company! ***12MAR06** Ordered some more large jars. The pumpkin pie is truly unique, the mix of scents is so great!!! You should give it a try!! I ordered a large Fruit slices and another Vanilla Almond (my fav) since my package got sent somewhere else apparently I got a free large Tropical Breeze!!! Fruit slices was ok. The throw was a little lacking. But, these are great candles!! Beautiful frosted glass and most have a really good throw. The customer service is just great too!! *********************** Tropical Breeze has more of a floral scent, it is soft and I don't really like it. I actually threw this one out. The throw was pretty good though. *************** Victorian Christmas is a disappointment the throw is just not there. I bought one as a gift also and the recipient felt the same.

Oh, boy, where do I begin? First I would like to thank candlefind.com, because with out you, I don’t know if I ever would have found Pure Integrity. Next I would like to thank Pure Integrity for putting so much thought and attention to detail into the candles they create!!! You have not skimped on anything. From the soy wax, double wicks, soy based oils, beautiful frosted glass jars to the oak covers, to the great scents, everything is perfect. Here is what I got…. MAPLE (med throw)– I like this candle at first and I found over time, burn after burn, that it doesn't smell as good or strong. This is the only PI candle I have had that I can say I would not recomend. PINA COLADA (huge throw)– OK, when I say this smells just like a Pina Colada, I’m not taking the easy way out. Pina Colada’s are my favorite tropical drink. And now I have it in candle form. 1.PUMPKIN PIE(huge throw) – This candle should win some kind of award. I thought I knew what a Pumpkin Pie candle should smell like. I had a certain expectation prior to its arrival. Well I was completely wrong. This is a strange (in a good way) candle. Unless you bake Pumpkin Pies all day, everyday, you might actually forget what a real one smells like (like I did). You could smell a million Pumpkin Pie candles and think “they all smell real”, with some small differences, but they don’t. This one does. Buy this candle. You’ll know what I mean. 2.CHAI TEA (stong throw) – Imagine a cup of black tea with a hint of spice, cinnamon mostly. There you have it. Simple and delightful. 3.CARROT CAKE (strong throw) – Now I wouldn’t say that this candle smells exactly like a real carrot cake in the freakish way the Pumkin one does. It is however the scent I was hoping for. I bought a carrot cake candle from some unknown candle company like six years ago. When I went back to buy another, they had stopped carrying the brand. For six looooong years I have occasionally looked for in stores, and purchased online, carrot cake candles hoping that they would smell like the candle I bought so long ago. This one has that same smell. I couldn’t be happier. 4.PAPAYA PASSION (strong throw) – They gave me this candle for “FREE”. So of course it’s great!!! It’s a wonderful tropical smell. I love it. In closing...watch out Yankee, Pure Integrity is the new generation of candles ****************UPDATE********************* I think that I have pinpointed the unusual sent in the pumpkin pie candle. It's a strong molasses smell. Upon researching a few recipes for pumpkin pie I discovered that molasses is not part of the recipe. So mabye I am just wacky. ##########Update February 2006########## 5.LIME SPRITZER (med/stong throw) - Smells like lime Skittles!! That's the only way I can think of describing it. It's very unusual. 6.PEACH (med throw) - This is a creamy peach scent. I prefer fresh but this one is still good. It's fresh, tart peach and cream. 7.Vanilla (Huge throw) - This is your very basic Vanilla smelling candle. I was hoping for more of a sweet vanilla. I think I'll try buttercream next time. If you like vanilla you'll love this one for sure, as I do, but I think this candle helped me discover the fact that I prefer a sweet Vanilla. I still love this one though. So strong! 8.Pear (have not burned yet) - I got this candle for free! If you have ever drank pear juice, which most of you probably haven't, it smells just like that. I like it. Pear juice for those of you who don't know smells like pear but not like a freshly cut open pear from the produce section.

Update to my last posted review...The man from Pure Integrity just called me. My order is on the way, he said. YEAAA! They were not answering their phones because they were too busy, but are most definitely still in business. Will keep all posted and review my candles when I receive them, which, I think, will be soon, now. I ordered candles based on the reviews on this site. I have never received them. There is no tracking number on my order page at Pure Integrity. I have tried and tried to call them, leaving messages, and have emailed them. I am trying again on Friday, 11 AM, their time, during customer hours, and getting no answers, still. Have they gone out of business, I wonder? Guess I will try to do a chargeback on my credit card. I am SO disappointed. I was really excited about trying them. I have tried calling all of their locations, always during business hours, with no answers at any number. Does anyone know if they are even still in business? (rated 2)

After all the reviews I read about this company -- I finally had to place and order to see what I was missing. As it turns out -- I was missing out on some unbelievible candles!!! Here is what I ordered-- PAPAYA PASSION -- the big one -- well, I have to agree with everyone -- this is one strong candle! Sweet and Tart, fruity and lingering -- almost peachy. I lit it for several hours, blew it out and capped it. The next morning my downstairs still lingered with the smell of the candle (pretty cool). This candle will have me ordering it again! PUMPKIN PIE -- the big one -- as an experienced and avid baker -- I probably shouldn't have ordered this one so large. It has a great scent throw, but I think it smells more like squash and butterscotch and vanilla (someone in an early post mentioned they thought it smelled like maple or molasses) -- I don't really smell any of the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves that make my pumpkin pies yummy. Oh well, it's not an unpleasant scent -- just not what I was expecting. (note: I have burnt this several times since I originally made this post and this candle is "growing on me") CLOVE -- the big one -- this scent is very realistic -- but not as good of a thrower as PAYPAYA PASSION and PUMPKIN. I usually simmer mulling spices in a pot on my stove in the fall/winter and the clove's are very strong (nose burn if boiled hard) and I guess that is maybe what I was expecting from this company (o: I think I will burn it in a small area next time to get better results. FRUIT SLICES -- small free jar -- At first smell, it reminds me of Hawiian Punch in the can. The scent is immediate as soon as you light it -- no wait!! This little candle scented my whole downstairs in less than an hour (pretty amazing). I will be buying a larger one of this. To be honest, I was concerned it would smell like the bright red juice kids love -- but it has a more authentic pineapple fruit smell when burnt -- tart and sweet -- very yummy. ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT -- I did notice that the double wicks have a tendency to mushroom when left burning for hours. I trimmed them pretty close after the first burn (1/8"). I would have to say, that the extra wick maintainence is still worth it for these candles -- the scent throw is pretty great on most of their candles -- and the PAPAYA PASSION / FRUIT SLICES will have me coming back! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 5/2006 -- SECOND ORDER HERB GARDEN (26 oz) Nice scent -- not really "authentic herb scent"-- it reminds me more of a greenhouse filled with many flowers & plants -- it is very nice and not overpowering. PI rated it as STRONG -- but I would only give it a MODERATE POMEGRANITE (26 oz.) -- Perfumey fruity scent -- unique and very nice. PI rated it as STRONG -- but I would only give it a MODERATE as compared to PAYPAPA PASSION / FRUIT SLICES / PUMPKIN PIE / HAZELNUT. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 7/31/06 -- THIRD ORDER -- July's $5 shipping and free dozen tealights was just too tempting! Here is what I ordered this time ;) (BTW -- Three days from order to recieving -- THREE DAYS! WOW) ALMOST PARADISE 26 oz (HOT -- MODERATE to STRONG throw -- It's mainly a nice sweet Blueberry scent) HAZELNUT 26 oz (HOT -- Now this is a definite KEEPER!!! Whew -- it should be called Maple Hazelnut! What a great throw -- instantly -- very yummy, sweet and nutty! I think I am in LOVE... I can't believe there isn't more reviews on this scent!!!) TROPICAL BREEZE 26 oz (HOT -- very bathroomy -- reminds me of a Calgon bath crystal scent. It is rated STRONG, but I would say more it is more MODERATE -- perfect for a nice size room -- but not enough for a large open area -- btw -- husband actually noticed and said that this has a "nice" scent) HOT APPLE STRUDEL 26 oz (HOT -- This really smells like Apples, Cinnamon & pastry -- maybe a McDonalds apple pie?? Good enought to make you hungry! This is also rated STRONG, but I would give it a MODERATE also-- smells very nice -- just doesn't carry as well as some other scents) CINNAMON 5 oz -- (HOT) -- (Nice authentic Cinnamon scent -- hard to rate strength in such a small jar -- I would estimate more of a moderate throw although it is rated STRONG). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 9/07/06 FOURTH order -- $5 shipping is hard to turn down! BLACKBERRY 26 oz -- HOT (Just what I was expecting, reminds me of a Bridgewater Blackberry scent I loved. Moderate to Strong throw -- good fruity choice.) OATMEAL COOKIE 26 oz (HOT -- definate keeper, I wouldn't say it smells just like an Oatmeal Cookie, regardless, it's is a warm slightly spicey sweet bakery scent with a pretty good throw too) ROSE 26 oz (HOT -- Reminds me of Avons Tea Rose scent from years ago. Just the scent I was hoping for when I ordered it! A soft floral smell, very delicate and feminine and clean.) I am having a bit of difficulty with this candle's burning, it's just isn't creating an adequate melt pool and burns it's self out -- I am going to send and email to P.I. about it. Pure Integrity offered me a replacement with my next order (guess they know I will be ordering more). The said that once in a blue moon this happens - now I have a larger warmer candle :) WILD CHERRY 26 oz (HOT -- Lifesavers Cherry -- It's okay smelling, but I doubt I wouldn't buy it again -- I would give it a MODERATE throw, not Strong as rated on the website.) JASMINE 5 oz -- jar too small, can't really appreciate it's scent... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 10/26/06 FIFTH order -- ~~BAYBERRY 26 oz -- LIGHT TO MODERATE throw -- not really the bayberry scent from the bushes I have pick berries from at the beach -- disappointed. ~~CARROT CAKE 26 oz -- LIGHT MODERATE throw -- Very similar to their OATMEAL COOKIE (which is MUCH STRONGER and a better purchase) ~~VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS 26 oz -- Soft MODERATE throw -- Shame it's not a lot stronger. It smells like just like Christmas (fresh cut tree and mulling spices -- more complex than just pine scent) ~~HOT MULLED CIDER 26 oz -- STRONG -- this is the best of this bunch -- Warm apple cider and spices. ~~VANILLA ALMOND 26 oz -- Soft MODERATE -- Not as strong as I was expecting by all of the reviews. But it really does smells like a vanilla cake baking in the oven. ~~VANILLA CAPPUCCINO (5 oz)-- I really like the cold smell of this scent, but these little jars just don't have much of a smell when burning. I received sample tea lights of SUGARED SPRUCE and MISTILTOE -- both have really good throws for their tiny size -- I will be ordering both next time! SIXTH ORDER -- 12/06 -- Placed a holiday order for gifts -- got here ust in time! 26 oz jars NUTMEG SPICE -- not as spicy as I was hoping for -- more of a spice cake scent FRESH LINEN -- nice scent, not as strong as I was hoping in the bigger jar -- more of a moderate throw. CARMEL VANILLA -- didn't burn yet MAPLE -- warm maple syrup -- moderate throw Also -- tealights of orange vanilla, lily of the valley and snow clouds. Julianne

What a great find this company was! I'd completely given up on soy candles. WHile I was attracted to its clean-burning properties, I hated that I could barely smell them :(. For some reason, the scent throw just wasn't great with all the other soy candles I'd tried before. Then I read Carolyn's review of PI's Pumpkin Pie candle and I knew I had to try it :). Mind you, it was the beginning of June and I live in Northeast Florida...the last thing I needed was a Pumpkin Pie candle while it's 90 degrees outside. But I just couldn't NOT try it. So I place an order for their Pumpkin Pie, Fruit Slices and Pina Colada 10oz candles. Oh, and I also took part in their tell-a-friend promotion and chose a Hot Apple Struedel 5oz candle. Their Customer Service is fantastic! They were so helpful when I just couldn't decide which scents to choose. And they included several tealights with my package. Oh and when I received my order (which shipped very fast!) I noticed the free candle was missing. WHen I emailed them to inquire about it, they mailed it out right away...along with a couple more tealights :)! Here are my impressions of the scents I ordered: *Pumpkin Pie: Boy, the reviewers of this scent were not kidding! This scent if freakishly realistic...and absolutely scrumptious! It is not overly spicy at all. Rather it's creamy and mellow and I get a whole lotta pumpkin and crust when I sniff it. I have to confess, though, I still haven't burned it. I'm trying to hold out until a more reasonable time. But I can't promise that I'll be able to wait until Fall, lol! *Pina Colada: Now THIS is a Summer scent! And a delicious one at that. This is by far the best Pina Colada scent I've ever tried. No fake-y pineapple candy scent here! It's a perfect mixture of both pineapple AND coconut...which is so often overlooked. No rum notes either. I'd say this candle has a medium+ scent throw. It fills up my bedroom just great, but it doesn't work quite as well in the living room which is larger. The candle burned perfectly even, but I was annoyed because the wicks kept mushrooming almost immediately after lighting them. I then tried burning it with one of those stay-on toppers...worked like a charm! It even seemed to help the scent throw become stronger for some reason. All in all, a great candle :). *Fruit Slices: Another great Summer scent! Imagine a sweet and tart fruit salad, and you've pretty much got the gist of this scent. The scent throw was quite strong and it did fill my open living room area without a problem. I liked it so much in fact, that it's already gone :(. But it seemed to last for a looong time. *Hot Apple Strudel: This one I haven't burned yet (see Pumpkin Pie review for reasons ;)). But I loved the scent of the candle. It is a sweet, tart and spicy apple scent that I'll be sure to love come Fall :). I was really impressed by this company. Not only do they make awesome soy candles that you can actually smell, but their CS is phenomenal to boot. While I hate that they only ship through UPS, which can get mighty steep in a hurry, I liked heir candles enough that I'm sure I'll be back for more :D.

I just received my order and am trying Almost Paradise and I love it. I ordered from this company based on the reviews on this site and I am not dissapointed. I will definately order again. I can't wait to try other scents. I am really glad I found this site as it is very helpful. I have ordered from another company and will post a review when I receive them. Update: I loved the Almost Paradise so much I have re-ordered it. Can't wait to get it. I have also been burning their Lilac in my bedroom and it is great. If you like the smell of lilacs, you will like this one. It fills my bedroom very nicely. This is a really good company with outstanding Customer Service. They will definately get repeat business from me. My second shipment from this company has arrived and of course I am excited to get another Almost Paradise. I also ordered a Fresh Linen and a Lemongradd Sage. As I burn them, I will add to my post my thoughts on these two. I am impressed with this company and I like the free tea lights they always include.

Like a few other devoted CF readers, I ordered from Pure Integrity based on the glowing recommendations. I LOVE strong candles - the stronger the better. Here are my two cents on the two scents I ordered: PUMPKIN PIE: Talk about scent throw, this is the STRONGEST candle I have ever burned! I live in a 2-story house that is about 1,350 sq. ft. and you could smell the candle burning in *every* room of the house, from top to bottom. The first few times I burned the candle, the scent was a bit on the sweet side for me. And, I did not think it smelled like Pumpkin Pie at all, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what it DID smell like. Then, it hit me. It smells like a big batch of warm, gooey butterscotch sauce - the kind you drizzle on top of a banana split. Don't get me wrong, this is a *great* scent, it just doesn't smell like pumpkin pie to me! I'm still on a quest for a great pumpkin scent. FRUIT SLICES: I had really great expectations for this one, since I like fruit/citrus scents the best. While the scent throw was strong and fruity and citrus-y, the candle had a distinct chemical edge to it. I am still really enjoying it, but it's not one I'd repurchase. The candles were shipped quickly and packaged nicely and even included the classy touch of a little handwritten note. But, my favorite part was the 2 free tealight candles in "Oatmeal Cookie" that they threw in, and boy oh boy, am I GLAD they did! The tealights smelled EXACTLY like fresh oatmeal cookies baking in the oven. In fact, I would dare to say that you would not be able to tell the difference if you actually had some oatmeal cookies baking in the oven. Get this, I don't even LIKE oatmeal cookies, but this scent was FANTASTIC, with oatmeal, butter, and cinnamon notes. So, I did what any self-respecting candle addict would do, I placed another order of candles just to get the large size of Oatmeal Cookie. I will include that review later. Bottom line: This company is a WINNER and thanks to Candlefind and all of its members for shining the light on such a great candle company. I wouldn't have known about them otherwise. Puts Yankee Candles to shame!

I have a love/hate relationship with this company. I LOVE their frosted jars, no labels on the sides of the jars, scent strength, clean burn, and customer service. I dislike the wick maintenance, higher prices, and sometimes the colors of particular scents (I have a red, white, and black toile bedroom--the candle scent I would like to put in there is green :( ) The positives totally outway the negatives though, I just don't order from here as often as I would like to. First order: 16 oz. Pumpkin Pie--the two people that commented on this candle while it was burning in my home asked if I was making pancakes or waffles. It does not smell like pumpkin pie to me. Granted, it is a very nice bakery scent AND super strong, just not what I was expecting--I can't pick out the spices at all. 16 oz. Fruit Slices--this is not Pure Integrity's fault, but I cannot stand the smell of this candle. I am guessing the grapefruit/citrus in it is what has turned me off; I burn it only when I am cleaning so other chemicals are in the air competing with it. If you are familiar with this scent and love it, then this is the strongest candle out there. 16 oz. Vanilla Almond--this candle I truly loved. It was white in color, strong-scented, and reminded me of the Vanilla, Butter, Nut flavoring you bake with. I would definitely order this again. 5 oz. Tropical Breeze--I liked this one a lot too. Very soapy/musky. I put it in my bathroom and it filled that nicely, spilled into the hallway, and could be smelled in the den. That's great throw for a small candle. Men of the house will appreciate this scent. I received free tealights of: Hot Apple Strudel--nice Harvest--really nice Orange Vanilla--good Vanilla--nice, but I like Vanilla Almond better Papaya Passion--loved this one, wish I would have gotten this instead of Fruit Slices! Ocean Breeze--similar to Tropical Breeze but lighter Almost Paradise--nice Fruit Slices--STRONG! Some of the free tealights were part of the summer sampler special, the others were given to me because I asked about that particular scent in an email. That was so very generous of Pure Integrity to include all of them! I love that they have Bible scripture on their website (makes them more trustworthy in my opinion) and the people are so nice to deal with. I'm just not used to shelling out a lot of dough for candles. I understand the "you get what you pay for" saying, but as a stay-at-home-mom I just can't afford a lot of candles from this company so I would rather order from somewhere else that is soy and close enough in quality. The wicks do drive me crazy though, that is why I gave them a 9 instead of a 10. A lot of trimming is needed when burning them for long periods of time. Their $5.00 flat shipping rate is awesome (and they arrive super fast), I just wish the candles were cheaper. I do still splurge from time to time though as I am waiting on my second order from Pure Integrity. I'll update on these scents later. Bottom line, if money is no object, these candles are hard to beat in scent strength. If you're cheap like me, there are smaller candle companies that come close. *****UPDATE*****10/31/06 Received my second order, again lightning fast shipping! These candles make me giggle . . . I think they're too strong for me or my house is too small! 10 oz. Oatmeal Cookie--HUGE throw! I could smell it downstairs all through the house AND upstairs! There was no escape from this spicy sweet cookie aroma! I had to put it out after a couple of hours. 10 oz. Creme Brulee--This smells just like the dessert! You can smell the sugary eggs and cream with the carmelized top. Not as strong as Oatmeal Cookie, but it still scented several rooms. Definitely more my speed. 5 oz. Sandalwood Amber--Holy Cow! I cannot believe more people have not reviewed this! This scent is PERFECT for the bedroom; musky and sensual. What a mood-setter! I am definitely ordering this in a bigger candle, although my husband and I already have four kids, then again maybe I shouldn't . . . LOL! Free tealights: Chai Latte--spicy, creamy tea; my nose picks up a strong clove note, it's really a nice scent. I have a hard time choosing between this and Harvest. Herb Garden--I really like this one too, it's soft and calming, sort of floral. Sugared Spruce--sweet pine Victorian Christmas--sweet, spicy pine. I like this one best, but if you want more pine smell go with the S. Spruce. Again, eight free tealights for just asking about certain scents, customer service is above and beyond! I have to swallow my tongue about the colors of the candles--the Sandalwood Amber for the bedroom is gray, not green. Some colors are actually different in person than the way they look online. Some look light green and they are actually white, some look off white and they are actually a very light brown. If you are picky about the color, you might want to email or call ahead to check the actual color, but honestly the colors are very subtle and nice, and I am usually an all white candle kind of gal. The wicks aren't as bad on this bunch of candles either. Go figure! I thought I was strictly a bakery scent person, but I am actually enjoying the more unusual scents I wouldn't have tried otherwise. The bakery scents from this company are wicked (in a good way for some people) strong, maybe that's my motivation. But hey, if you like intense, unrelenting candle scent strength, check out Pumpkin Pie, Fruit Slices, Papaya Passion, and Oatmeal Cookie. Those are the only ones I have tried. I am biting the bullet and will continue to order from this company. I think when you pay a lot for a bunch of candles and only like one or two scents enough to reorder, you can get pretty crabby about a company's prices. Especially if they are this strongly scented and you burn the candles anyway, even though you don't like them, because doggone it, you're not wasting your money. AND THEY LAST FOREVER! But, I'm willing to pay for something I love to smell! Try Pure Integrity, the quality is worth the cash if you find the perfect scent for you.

First let me say the customer service was excellent. I too spoke to the owner over the phone about my order and he was super nice and helpful. I got my order about a week after it was placed. I ordered 4 candles, blindly without smelling them first, which can obviously be dangerous! All scent descriptions are so relative to the person's taste. I ordered Snow clouds, tropical breeze, almost paradise, and papaya passion. Snow clouds...yikes, this one is a total waste. Oh well. It is one of the strangest candles I have ever smelled. Smelled like some sort of mint mixed with old man's cologne. It has a fairly strong throw, Sort of soapy smelling and just weird. But thats just me, someone out there might like it. The second, tropical breeze, does not smell tropical at all. When I think of tropical I think of something fruity. Well it has a very soapy smell, like a bar of soap, or laundry detergent. It is fresh smelling and has strong throw. It has no fruity smell at all. Almost paradise is a wonderful scent. It smells like a fruity vanilla blueberry, and has a great scent throw. If you like almost paradise, you will also like papaya passion because it is tropical and fruity smelling, like a medley of tropical fruits. It also has a very good scent throw. Out of the two fruity ones, I can't say which is my favorite. I just feel bummed that I could not smell the candles first, so I took a risk when I bought. But all candle companies cater to a wide variety of tastes, so not everyone will like all the candles. I would be willing to bet, though, that the snow clouds might be discontinued...just weird smelling. I like the way the candles look and burn. The colors are pastel, and the jars frosted, with wood lids. I am getting used to the difference between soy and parrafin candles, I normally burn gold canyon candles which I love. I just ordered vanilla almond, cherry, fruit slices, and grape. I hope I will not be dissapointed in these scents! Will leave another review when I get them!

I got a carrot cake jar candle and was pleased with the candle scent, the throw and the jar. I couldn't burn it for extended periods of time though because the wick was a little off to the side and that side of the jar would get really hot so I'd have to blow it out for fear of the jar exploding but, fortunately, it was a gift given to me ... because I checked the prices and that alone would keep me from ordering for myself. There are just too many other good smelling high quality candles out there that are reasonable in price. And I was told by the gift giver (my sis) that shipping was almost as much as the candle itself. :( Overall, I'd say the candle burning experience was a pretty good one besides the wick trouble and it threw really well. So, if you don't mind shelling out a lot of money, a good company to try.

I placed my order on a Thursday night, it shipped Friday and arrived to me by Tuesday. Not bad! Overall the candles have a VERY strong throw...almost too strong! Vanilla Almond Melt: COLD - VERY strong on the almond. HOT - STRONG throw. The almond scent mellows out and mingles nicely with the vanilla for that great baking scent. Pumpkin Pie Melt: Reviews seem to fall into two camps for this one. Either you think it's the best pumpkin pie you've ever smelled, or you think it smells very much like syrup. Sadly, I happen to fall in the second category. COLD - At first whiff I was AMAZED. It smelled just like Pumpkin Pie. I could smell the spices, pumpkin and even the crust. However, the more I smelled it, the more I smelled a heavy syrupy smell and less of the other good stuff. My husband said it smelled like waffles/pancakes and syrup on his first whiff. HOT - It only smells MORE and MORE like syrup as you burn it. Since it has a super STRONG throw, the syrupy sweet smell actually makes me sick. I don't even think I'll be able to finish the pack. Vanilla Melt: COLD - STRONG throw. A super creamy vanilla. I haven't burned it yet, but I can't wait! Sandalwood Amber 5 oz Candle (received free for referring 3 friends): Nice scent, but it has NO throw at all. It doesn't scent my average sized bedroom at all. It doesn't even scent a foot beyond the candle. It might be the size of the candle, but they do say it's appropriate for bedrooms. I may try burning in the bathroom and will update. Snow Clouds Tea Lights (Complimentary). Ew! Not my type of scent at all. It smells kind of "old" to me. I'm not even sure I'll burn it.

I recently ordered several candles from Pure Integrity and they arrived quickly and well packed. The scents I ordered were Lemongrass Sage, Pomegranate, and Ocean Breeze. I received Rain, Peach, Herb Garden and Almost Paradise. So far, all the candles have burned very well with no tunneling, and burn evenly all the way to the edges. The Lemongrass Sage was a 10 oz and has a very strong throw. It is a nice clean citrus scent. The pomegranate is a 5 oz candle with a light throw. Combined with the peach tea lights, it smells like a yummy fruit stand in my living room and foyer. The peach tea lights have a medium throw. This combination is my favorite and I'll be reordering in larger sizes. The Ocean Breeze is also a 5 oz. and has a light throw also. It is a nice clean, crisp scent. This one will be staying in my bathroom for bubble baths. The Almost Paradise reminds me of cherries and cream. It is a pleasant "happy" smell. I haven't burned the Rain or Herb Garden scents yet but both smell very nice cold. The rain has a crisp and powder sort of smell and the Herb Garden reminds me of Angel perfume. Ordering from Pure Integrity has been a great experience all around. I think the prices are worth the quality and customer service. I will definitely order again.

I absolutely LOVE Pure Integrity candles! The service is outstanding and the product quality is second to none. Great throw and clean, consistent burn quality. The scent ratings and descriptions are are usually right on. My favorite scents are: Cucumber Melon, Victorian Christmas, Pumpkin Pie, First Bloom, Sugared Spruce, Cranberry Spice, Summer Bouquet, Almost Paradise and the vest vanilla scent ever - Vanilla Almond. I'm sure there are more I love but those are off the top of my head the strongest.

I've gotten 3 candles from PI, one 10 oz chocolate,a 16 oz grape and a big oatmeal cookie. I really like these candles, they are strong and they last a long time...The only thing that puts me off alittle is price...It's very hard for me to pay 22.99 for a candle plus shipping. The candles are such high quality and that's what keeps me ordering. Chocolate - Not the strongest candle ever but a very nice smell in the bedroom, like hot cocoa. Grape - really like this one, like grape bubblegum. Very strong and fruity. Oatmeal cookie - I didn't like this one as much, it must just be my nose...After I burned it a few times, when I lit it again, it would get like a smoke smell along with the cookie scent if that makes sense. It's been lasting forever and I'm still burning it, hoping the smell gets better. Maybe I forgot to trim the wick or something, not sure. All the candles bured very nice...The wicks in the chocolate were alittle off center so there was always so wax left on one side of the jar....I just used the candle quencher to scrape it off into the pool of melted wax. The other 2 burned perfectly, no smoke, soot or wasted wax. Overall, I will order a candle once in a while when they run the shipping specials or when they have a scent of the month promotion. I really like the candles, I'm just alittle bit frugal.

Hearing so much about this company from Candle Review, I just had to try them out. I purchased soy melts in Rain, Jasmine, Victorian Christmas, and Herb Garden. First, let me say that I am not disappointed in the line as far as what they seem to be made for...a tranquil, spa-like experience. The scents were soothing, peaceful, and the throw was far-reaching while maintaining a lightness of character that makes these an absolute thrill to read or meditate to. That being said, they weren't appropriate at all for what I had bought them for: odor eliminating in a large classroom. I thought I could have the best of both worlds...soothing scents and something to mask the odor of eau de teenager. Alas, the teenage musk won in every bout. I had the meltwarmer by my desk and that was literally the only place you could smell it. And as any good teacher is hardly ever IN her desk, I had to satisfy myself with a bare whisp of aroma now and then as I made my rounds. Wonderful, quality melts that were like butter in my hand, but more of a dainty show pony and not the workhorse needed to combat the stench of a dozen football players after practice. On a side note, Jasmine: pure jasmine...lighty, airy and very delicately floral. Actually reminded me a bit of Pacifica in its purity but with only a single note versus Pacifica's sophisticated blends. Herb Garden: my favorite. Like crushed herbs but without straying either onto the masculine or floral side of things. Sweet but not overly so. Soothing and peaceful. Rain: not my favorite for this company but clearly a winner when compared to other companies who also attempt a "watery" scent. Nice, clean, and with a hint of familiarity that I can't place. There's an zippy undertone that catches you off guard in places...an ozone like aroma that isn't unpleasant but complements the slight sweetness of the scent well. Victorian Christmas I haven't burned yet. My favorite by far though is a freebie included in my purchase. It's called Mineral Springs and does indeed have a mineral scent to it. Reminds me of the sharp cleaness of rock salt...but overlaid with a soapy smell that is very pleasant and very refreshing. Reminds me of the bathroom after i use a dozen shower and bath products.

I received my first Pure Integrity order this morning. I've been burning them throughout the day. After reading the reviews here, I was sure this would be a great candle company for me. I ordered three 10-ounce jars. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the package quickly, with a hand written thank you note, and complimentary tea lights, that's a nice extra touch. The company itself is pleasant to do business with and has a great website that is easy to navigate. The jars are attractive in that they are simply frosted jars with a plain wooden lid, not too "country" looking as I find most other jar candles are. The plain frosted jars go nicely with my more contemporary decor. The scents smell great on a cold sniff. I ordered Hot Mulled Cider, Caramel Apple and Victorian Christmas. Unfortunately I am not getting the great scent throw I anticipated after reading the other reviews. I have burned each candle for a minimum of a few hours each, making sure to neatly trim the wicks, and allowing enough time to melt the wax clear across the entire top of the jar. Although I can lightly smell the candles burning in the room they are in, I can not smell them outside of the room they are burning in. Since my house has a very open floor plan I guess I expected the scents to "spill over" into adjoining rooms. I found this wasn't the case with any of the 3 candles I received. I would not by definition consider these highly scented candles despite the other reviews. Overall, a very nice company with attractive jar candles that do smell good, but if you are really interested in a very high scent throw, maybe just order 1 to begin with to make sure it meets your standards of what you think is a high scent throw. **Update** - on my 3rd attempt burning Victorian Christmas, the scent throw is stronger. It is now scenting one large room after an hour burn. Mulled Cider and Caramel are still weaker, but the throw has improved on Victorian Christmas. I wonder if the shipping process in such cold temperatures had something to do with this? Could the candles have been so cold on the trip over that it affected the wax, and now they are "warming up"? Who knows, but I'm happier! **SECOND UPDATE** - the other two, Caramel and Mulled Cider still did not produce a good scent throw. Throw was very weak. Just finished burning them completely, clean burn but disappointed in scent throw quality. I guess with this company like others, different scents are stronger. It's a gamble!

I found out about PI here at candlefind so I went to their web site and found out that PI is located near the city that I live in. While I can go to their retail stores, I opted to order on line because PI offers 20% off on your order, what a bonus. I purchased vanilla, clove, apple strudel, papaya passion and buttercream-love love love them all. The vanilla is without question the best vanilla candle I have ever burned, clove spicy and strong, apple strudel- to die for, papaya passion- strong and tropical, buttercream- yummy, my son came home and asked me if I was baking a cake. I loved all these candles so much that I went to PI's retail store in my local mall, what a find. Being there and able to smell all the different scents was like being in heaven. I purchased another vanilla, harvest, pina colada, almost paradise, peppermint and pear. I cant possibly tell you how awsome the pear is- smells good enough to eat. Unfortunately it does not seem to be available on the web site- hopefully in the future. Much to my surprise I am madly in love with the peppermint, cool and fresh, it might just be my favorite. These candles burn very even and clean, cant wait to try all the other scents.

I purchased 5 oz. jars in Almost Paradise, Blackberry, Grape, Herb Garden, Vanilla Almond, Lily of the Valley, Mulberry, Papay Passion, Tropical Breeze - 26 oz. jar in Strawberry - tealights in Fruit Slices - Free tealights in Grape and Oatmeal cookie. They all burned very nicely. The 5 oz. jars I did have to keep the wicks trimmed more often than the large strawberry jar. All the jars and tealights burned clean, no wax left on the inside of the jars. When I kept the wicks trimmed, there was no soot. All the scents that I bought were considered "strong" on their scent list but I would consider them medium or light. I thought I had finally found the perfect strong candle and my search would be over, but sad to say, that is not the case. Although these candles are good, they are not great. I burned the 5 oz. and tealights in my small bathroom and the scents were light. The tealights were actually stronger than the 5 oz. jars. The large strawberry I burned in my family room and it had a medium throw. They are well made candles and the customer service is excellent.

I've purchased from this company for several years & have loved the scents of the candles. Jennifer is a sweetheart who is generous with the free tealights. My favorite scent is Sugared Spruce which I burn all year because for me it's so calming. There must be a touch of lavender in it. Sadly, my last few orders have been a disappointment. No matter where I put the large candles, I'm getting very little scent throw. These include Apple Strudel, Apple Crisp, and Lemon Meringue. I'm really disappointed bec. I thought for sure that one batch of super light scents was just a fluke until I received another & again, I barely could smell anything cold or melting. I sure hope PI goes back to the way they used to scent their candles...perfectly ~

I was so excited to order from Pure Integrity because of the many positive reviews that I read on Candlefind. Like others on this site, I have been on a quest to find some strongly scented soy candles. Based on the glowing reviews, I thought for sure I had found THE company. I made sure to order only scents that were labeled as having a strong scent throw. The first one I lit was the Vanilla, and I really like the warm and creamy way it smells. Not quite as strong as I would have liked, but pretty close. The second one I tried was the Honeysuckle, and while it smells lovely cold, the scent throw is very light. Same goes for the last one I tried, which was the Papaya. This one is stronger than the Honeysuckle, but not by much. The company letter that came with the candles said the candles are so strong "they'll knock your socks-off", and I am sad to say that they didn't! I wrote Pure Integrity an email with this feedback, and I did get a prompt and friendly reply for suggestions of stronger scents to try in the future. Like many people, I am willing to spend the extra money for quality, but to have such an inconsistent experience makes it difficult to say I would try again. Update: I just got a call from Jeff, the owner of Pure Integrity. Great customer service really does make a difference. Jeff explained that the Honeysuckle was incorrectly listed as a strong scent, and has since been changed to light. He also explained that certain scents are heavier than others, and due to the high ceilings in my home (which I had wondered about), some candles are better choices than others. He suggested Fruit Slices for it's stronger, heavier throw, as well as Summer Bouquet. Second Update: So I have now received the replacement candles, and I am really scratching my head. The Fruit Slices (which many people have reviewed as very strong) I can just barely smell at all! The Summer Bouquet is better- I can actually smell this one, and it is nice. At this point I am wondering, do some batches of candles end up stronger than others? Or are all of our noses really so different that what is really strong to one person, is hardly even noticeable to another? Anway, I feel compelled to give a fairly positive review because of the great customer service, the burn quality of the candles, and because I did find a few scents that I would order again. However, the hit or miss quality of this candle purchasing experience does make me question if it is wise to continue my search for the consistently strongly scented soy candle company. :(

My experience with these candles is what prompted me to join candlefind after simply surfing the reviews for over a year, because I bought these candles totally based on the reviews posted here. First I must say I feel like I should be posting separate reviews as the 26 oz. OATMEAL COOKIE candle I purchased is lovely. It took a while to fill my large space but the scent is very authentic. However, for the price I think the scents should be consistent and this doesn't appear to be so here. The other candle I purchased was VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS. I got this one because I read a review that said this candle was a good Christmas tree rendition. I have been on a quest for a candle, or one that smells like a candle that I purchased at a Lowe’s store in 2004 during the Holidays. My mystery candle smelled like a sweet balsam with touches of the wood and sap of the tree and it was only 7.99 for a HUGE candle. But I'm getting off my point which is this candle does not smell like a Christmas tree nor does it even smell Christmassy to me. It smells like a pine and strong clove combo. I find the scent sharp and almost irritating. So, I'm surprised it’s a top seller. I, regretfully, purchased a 26 oz jar in this scent also and it is certainly strong. Perhaps I got a funky batch? I was sent two tea lights in PUMPKIN PIE as a freebie. I thought this was neat because if I had liked the Christmas tree candle I would have stocked up on it and tried my other favorite, pumpkin. Unlit and directly under my nose the candles smelled like real pumpkin pie and so strong. So I lit them first. For the longest time I couldn't figure out what they smelled like lit, but I couldn't get away from the smell of these tea lights in 4000 square feet of mostly open spaces. So, I extinguished them and put them in the pantry to try my other candles. When I went in later to get some baby food it hit me. They smell like a self-tanner I've used before, but only from a distance. When put them directly under my nose they smell just like pumpkin pie. They would have been truly phenomenal if they’d smelled good lit. My search continues for that Christmas tree scent candle, though I think it ends via the internet. It’s too expensive at these prices + shipping. But, I thought I’d post my findings here first instead of letting a lot of others await their purchase with great expectation, be disappointed as I was and out a chunk o’ change to boot! I would like to add that I thought this company's kind messages and thanks including "God bless" were refreshing and wonderful to see in today's world and I'm bummed that my experience was what it was because this is the kind of company I'd want to send my money to. But with all the other wonderful reviews they must be doing something right.

Here I am again only 3 weeks later. I absolutely LOVE these candles! This time I chose: PEACH, FRUIT SLICES, BLACKBERRY, GRAPE (again) and FIRST BLOOM. The peach and grape are "mouth watering". They actually smell juicy. I love them. The blackberry smells exactly as it should, like blackberries and the fruit slices smells like a roll of 5 flavor lifesavers. I received the First Bloom as a freebie for friend referral and Jennifer sent me a much LARGER size for my continued business. She also sent me some Mulberry tealights wrapped up all pretty with a ribbon. Excellent customer service with attention to detail and a personal note included. These candles burn so clean, no black soot like other companies. They are packed perfectly in egg cartons with peanuts. I am hooked!
