First Impressions of My Palm Leaves & Mango Candle
I love the new ribbed style vessels Bath & Body Works is carrying. Palm Leaves & Mango was in that style in a pretty mint green color.
Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:

Yuuuuuuum!!!! That was my first response to smelling this candle. Serious tropical YUM!! My nose picked up on sweet mango and coconut milk the most with a splash of sweet sugar in the mix. I also picked up on something fresh and tart as well. I loved every part of this scent.
Now let’s see how this candle performs. I was crossing my fingers it would be a room filler.
I decided to light this candle in my master bedroom so I could enjoy every moment of it. Once the wicks were lit, it took the average 20 minutes to reach a full melt pool but I started noticing the fragrance long before that and oooh was this scent perfect. The dominating aroma was mango with something else in the mix that made it really tart and refreshing. Lemon maybe? It had a lemonade kind of vibe to it. Whether it was, it reminded me of a sweet and tangy tropical drink you would sip on by a pool. The kind that is colorful with an umbrella in it.
Strength
This candle gave a pretty decent scent throw. I would rate this candle an 8 out 10 in a really large room. 10 out of 10 in small to medium size rooms. Loved the strength of this candle.
How Did My Candle Burn?
This candle burned perfect. Zero wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish.
Closing To My Palm Leaves & Mango Candle Review
I really enjoyed Palm Leaves & Mango and I would purchase it again for sure. It smelled pretty familiar too so I’m wondering if Bath & Body Works repackaged this scent and just changed the name. It wouldn’t surprise me.
In closing, if you love fresh tropical scents with sweet mango and coconut, go smell this candle next time you’re at a Bath & Body Works store. You may walk away with one.
