First impression of A Magical Morning:
Christmas may be officially over but the scents just keep on coming. As soon as I walked into my Walmart the other day, a huge display of candles sat right in front of the entrance, so of course that was my first stop. A Magical Morning was one of the first candles I grabbed and when I popped off the lid – a sweet bakery scent wafted all around my nose. In my cart it went. 🙂
I wish I had a scent description for this candle but I couldn’t find one anywhere so I’ll do my best to describe it for you. Keep in mind, this is a limited addition scent so it won’t be around for long. So my suggestion if you love bakery scents… don’t wait – go grab one!! It really does smell yummy.
Time to light this candle!
Better Homes & Gardens candles are generally lightly scented for me so I always stick to tiny rooms to burn them in. My powder room is perfect in this case because it’s small and high traffic so everyone can enjoy the aroma throughout the day. Once I lit the wick, it took a good 2 hours to reach a full melt pool and from then on out… the sweetest bakery scent wafted all throughout the room. It smelled pretty yummy… like cake and cookies with hints of warm brown sugar. A scent you’ll crave with a tall glass of milk. I really enjoyed this one.
Strength – this candle was light as expected. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 4/5 in a small room. I wouldn’t even attempt burning it in anything larger.
This candle burned great. No issues. Clean burning from beginning to end.
Closing to my review:
I enjoyed A Magical Morning and would for sure purchase it again down the road. If this candle interests you, don’t forget this is a limited addition fragrance so it’s seasonal… if you planned on trying it, I wouldn’t wait to purchase one. It won’t be around much longer.
Happy candle hunting!
