What did my candle smell like?
Nothing like reviewing a holiday scent in January that smells like a scent you would burn during the summer. The good thing about Bath & Body Works holiday scents… they’re great to burn any time of the year… not just for the holidays since the majority I’ve sampled so far are pretty universal. One such fragrance…. Jingle all the Way.
The label on this candle is adorable and looks Christmas’y but don’t let that fool you… this scent is fruity, sweet and oh so yummy!! A scent I would 
definitely burn all year around. Seriously.
Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:
“Jingle bells will ring and make spirits bright with this merry blend of mandarins, apples and coconut cream.”
Mmmm!! That’s what I smelled when I first popped the lid off this candle. Sweet coconut blended with apples. LOVED!! I am a huge coconut fan and this fragrance very much pleased my nose. I lit this candle in a large bedroom and it didn’t take long to start noticing the fragrance… maybe 10 minutes in. The scent…. tropical bliss. I don’t know where they came up with “Jingle all the Way” since this is such a summery and tropical scent… “Christmas on the Beach” would have actually have been more accurate. This candle smelled like a creamy and tropical coconut drink you would sip by the pool or beach. It was so sweet and delicious. I loved it.
Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 9. It gave a nice and strong scent throw. Not overpowering but perfect. This candle fragranced my bedroom, adjoining bathroom and even filtered into the rest of my home.
How did my candle burn?
My candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean and even burn with no soot. A+
Closing to my review:
This candle, I could easily burn all year long. It was tropical and very delicious. A Christmas scent? No. Not even close but it sure was a cute candle and smelled wonderful. I’m partial to coconut scents though so it wasn’t that hard for me to love it.
Want to add…. I feel like I’ve smelled this fragrance before in one of their previous summer scents so I wonder if they just relabeled it for the holidays? I wouldn’t doubt it. In closing… I liked it and totally recommend it if you love sweet and fruity coconut fragrances. This one was pretty yummy.
