First impression of Italy, Cannoli & Chocolate:

Mmm!! The moment I popped off the lid to smell this candle, a sweet and creamy chocolate greeted my nose, and it smelled delicious. I wasn’t sure what cannoli was (I’ve heard of it) but always assumed it was cheese. So, a quick internet search gave me this: Cannoli consist of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta. Okay, YUM!!! A fried pastry dough filled with cream and chocolate. I’ll take 5 please!!

Here is the scent description I pulled from the bottom of the candle:

Fresh made cannoli, dusting of sugar, sweet milk chocolate.

Yum! – – – Yum! Yum! Yum! This candle smelled so good!! I smelled a sweet bakery crust with cream and chocolate. Oh yes!! I loved it so much, I just hope it’s strong enough to fill my bedroom with fragrance.

I lit this candle early morning and waited for the Italian pastry magic to begin. One hour in and I knew I had to move it to a smaller room. This candle was not strong enough for a large room. Once moved, perfection! My guest bedroom smelled like a sweet bakery chocolate. I didn’t smell ricotta cheese, I smelled a warm bakery dough with cream and chocolate. Very smooth and 100% edible. I loved it, I just wish it would have been stronger. This candle fragranced my guest bedroom adequately but I it was subtle and not blasting the room with scent. When I love a bakery scent, I wanted to be lambasted with aroma. This scent didn’t lambaste me… it teased me.

Which brings me to strength – I would rate this candle a 5 out of 10 in a really large room. 7/8 in a medium and probably a 10 in a small room. I think next time I see this candle, I’ll purchase it again and burn it in a smaller room for maximum scent throw.

How did my candle burn?

This candle burned great. Zero wick issues. Clean burning from beginning to end.

Closing to my review:

I thoroughly enjoyed Italy, Cannoli & Chocolate and would absolutely purchase this candle again. Only next time, I’ll stick to a smaller room for maximum scent throw
