First impression:
The moment I spied Iced Lemon Sugar Cookies melts at Walmart a month or so ago, I pretty much grabbed every clamshell pack I saw. Lemon Sugar Cookies… need I say more?
If you’ve read any of my past reviews, then you know lemon is my all time favorite scent and when it’s bakery, well… that’s even better. As soon as I
smelled the wax… I smiled, sighed and grabbed a dozen. All of them. That’s how confident I was that I was going to love it. First sniff… the wax smelled like sweet and sugary lemon cookies… doughy, warm and full of lemony goodness!!
Here is the scent description I pulled from the label:
The ultimate soft and chewy citrus treat.
Mmmm!! Not the most descriptive scent description but accurate. The best way to describe this scent… sweet lemon. Sweet sugary and warm lemon cookies. It was perfect.
Melting:
I used the entire clamshell pack (3 cubes each) in two electric melters in my great room and within minutes, literally minutes, the aroma was traveling all throughout the room. Within 15 minutes, it was room saturation. The aroma… exactly as it smelled cold… a sweet and warm lemon.
LOVED!!!!
I don’t know what it is about lemon but it’s a magical scent for me. It’s clean, fresh, and warm when blended in bakery scents. It’s such a happy scent that always puts a smile on my face. This fragrance – to my nose – was perfect!! I loved it so much, I’m buying every one I see, every time I’m at Walmart.
Highly recommend this one to all lemon lovers out there…. it’s a keeper.
