Good Morning.

 

This morning I have CFTKR's CInnamon and Balsam and CHC's Cottage Christmas melting.

 

Jules... are you enjoying your 12 days of Christmas melts from CP? What a clever idea.

 

I'm really liking the 12 days of Christmas scents. I'm finding they are lasting longer than a day, though, so like Monalissa, I'm moving yesterday's to the back room and melting today's out here by me. :P

Thank you all for the well wishes after my concussion. I still get foggy, focus...whatever, but NOW know why...there is a pocket of fluid behind the right eye socket from the fall. We go back tomorrow to check on it.

I'm trying a new scent blend this afternoon.

 

I'm mixing YC Blueberry Scone and YC Jack Frost together!

WOW, I have really had a hard time getting here to post, been crazy busy!! I have a wonderful scent from Bizzy B's going and its Blueberry Muffin, its amazing!! So good and yummy!!

Hello, everyone! I am back in the real world once again...the power is on, the snow melting and my son has moved back home for while. I had Colonial Teakwood melting in his room and he really liked it.

 

 

I have been melting the rest of my YC Sparkling Pine candle on the warmer - gonna get out the last bit of scent.

Oooh, that's good to hear about Toffee Apple. I have that one coming with my most recent order. It should be here on Tuesday.

 

Tonight's melt is Sugar Cane & Vanilla. It's a great scent from Carol. Anyone who is missing this one from YC should check out Carol's version. It's identical.

Tonight I put on CFKTR's Fairy Garden, Pink Sugared Cranberries and Crosscreek's Orange Juice Cake.

 

For those of you who like STRONG far throwing scents, and floral/berry, you may want to try the Fairy Garden. I had to put it out after ten minutes as it was TOO strong. I finally found a tart that was overpowering!

 

Here is the description off carol's website:

This evening I melted some YC Christmas Wreath bits that I extracted in my last candle surgery, and then replaced that with Holly Jolly Xmas from EW. It's nice to be melting again, but I definitely feel like I've fallen behind on my own stash that I arranged for the holidays in early December. Oh well, I've already set aside plenty for next year so I'll just melt the remaining xmas ones for however long they last. Sorry to those of you who've mentioned that you're sick of holiday scents -- you'll be hearing about mine for a while yet to come.

Jules, bold combination with the Blueberry Scone and Jack Frost. I am afraid to be that experimental after the infamous Berry Jam/Cinnamon Sugar tragedy of '08. I am just now able to start using Berry Jam again!

 

Tarthound, I hope you recover quickly from your concussion. I'm burning Blueberry Scone right now, so consider it your blue.

 

Also melting Cinnamon Oatmeal Buns-Bella's and burning my Oatmeal Cookie candle. Both smell great!

French Hens was very nice! I was thinking I would also like it very much in a B&B. Not strong enough for me as a tart, so I added LOL's Blueberry Freesia in the same room, and it was awesome!

Calling Birds is going now~ smells just like the Red Velvet Cake

Are we trying to go in order here with the twelve days? I wish I could backtrack to another Turtle Doves, but I'm all out. :cry:

My company doesn't like a strong mint, but loves candy, fruit and chocolate.
