  1. Hi cheryl - I sometimes have trouble with the initials, too. And I am a well seasoned vetran! Perhaps we need a thread with commom abbreviations/initials! lol! Clifty Creek Lavendar Apples and Oak for this evening.
  2. WooHoo Sherry! Sounds like you are gonna fit right in! Let the games begin!
  3. Cheryl (and candlefreak) post like crazy...we want to see you hit scent addict status like the rest of us! Tonight is Soybean Scent Sations Wildflower in the bedroom. I also found a very cheap Pomegranite mango at Joanne's...we will see if I got what I paid for!
  4. Hi Cheryl! Welcome to our madness! We have a wonderful time on this board!
  5. Hi Dee! We are a pretty supportive group, we give encouragement to each other frequently - to buy stuff! Welcome to our retail therapy group! :P
  6. Hey, karla - I am still trying to come up with a Super Bowl scent, too.. We are rooting for the Giants - a local boy is playing on that team. It is a pretty big deal around here! :P
  7. Hi everyone! (waving to all of those in sick bay) I am trying to find a Super Bowl flavor...meanwhile I continue to clean out the stash to make room for all the new ones coming. I keep finding the stray unwrapped ones or ones that say sample - no idea what they are. This mornings is unusual - green, tree shaped. Should be a pine something I would think...and it is on one side of the room. But when I walk over to the other side of the room I get lavendar...not pine. ? :P I like it!
  8. Oh, how funny...doesn't she have a newsletter? I think I signed up earlier today!?!?
  9. Short attention span today...I dumped out my starters and went to Soy scentsations Caramel cookie downstairs and Black raspberry Vanilla upstairs by Serene Dream.
  10. I like it scent! It has been madness since we started this forum! Today is peppermint kisses from Crosscreek, and banana simmer oil from Scent Lover's Dream.
  11. Gosh - I am gonna take Airborne before I log on to the forum! Get well, you have shopping to do! I have been melting ***YAY*** Beaded Hemp Apple Blossom (see post: Beaded Hemp TAT)
  12. Say, trep, is that pineapple citrus a new one? (as in still available?) I like both of those scents, so that really sounds good. (And thanks, cyn for the review on your oranges!) Today at the office I am melting " a little green one" - it is a piece from a bigger one melted before, no wrapper anymore...probably a pine something the way it smells.
  13. Cyn, which orange do you like best? I have my Cobblestone amish harvest tart going. I like it sooo much - nice spices with a buttery base. I ordered from 4 different companies over the past 3 weeks - and 3 arrived today! I feel like such a bad girl!
  14. Happy Wednesday! Round 2 of sick kitty, no sleep....in some ways my kids were easier! To freshen the sick room I just grabbed one of my grab bag mystery melts from Candles by Victoria. Pink. I think it must be cherry-something. Very nice, but too small for the burner I used and I torched it. Only lasted about 1 hour. Who would have thought that you need to be thinking clearly and be awake in order to melt tarts??? [smilie=th_oregonian_mornincoffee]
  15. Thanks, Mona...she spent the day at the vet.... :) I am not burning much either - heading to bed soon.
  16. Sick cat, again... up most of the night. Have a class starting shortly, no time for smellies. Wahhh... I could really use some!
  17. Gosh mj, More tarts! (and get your blood sugar checked after inhaling those all day!) jersey - when I went to the Partylite party they had a little snifter of coffee beans for us to whiff as the candle samples came around. It seemed to help. Tonight : Bella's caramel apple. I can not believe how wonderful this is...I am using a tealight burner and it is drifting through the entire house. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...
  18. Fleur, yesterday I had so many different scents going at different times that I could not remember what they were when I went to pour them out. I was flittering from one to the other, changing this and changing that - and at the end of the day I decided I needed a couple days of mono scents...to "cleanse the palate" so to speak!
  19. Yum, Karla! That sounds good. I always forget that I can mix things unless it is the soy beads I am using. Dab and mom - do you get your Circle E's on line?
  20. Hi everyone! I am also using up leftovers...mystifying moonlight from Warm Impressions. Have to head out the door - seems like I am having a bit of a slow start today. Still trying to decide what'll be melting at the office.
  21. Dab - the only thing better than melting and burning is finding the tools of the trade on sale! I have been known to keep the price tag on so I can gloat about my bargain!
  22. Fleur, it smells great! I get brittle so I can choose how much to use and that really helps. Not on the list? Ummm...I seem to have a pretty big inventory...sometimes the ones I melt are a over a year old! (But does that stop her from testing out all these new vendors? I think not.)
  23. I am melting Bridgewater Blackberry upstairs, and Backroad Hobbies Corriander Bergamot downstairs. I am trying to cope with the fact that when I went to the Yankee store yesterday, all the sale/christmas items were in storage and only the spring line was out. No shortbreads. Hoofed down to Hallmark - same thing. (YC said that they will probably put the left overs out in the sale this summer. )
  24. Mine was sick too...had to have her colon removed. (TMI?) It has been 5 months and we are just starting to pull through it. She has learned to sleep under my chin through all this...
  25. Yours looks playful! Mine looks like she thinks she is royalty. She is. Finishing today with Blue Mountain's apple balsam. This is a keeper! Wowie, if you like apple scents, check this out.
