The Salty Turtle Candle Company handcrafts artisan candles along the coastal shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Palm Beach County, Florida.  Established in 2012, The Salty Turtle Candle Company was hatched because we love giving, receiving, and enjoying the soft glow of a long lasting, clean burning candle.  What we didn't like was the uncertainty of not knowing what was in our big box store bought candles.  We wanted a candle that was not only fragrant and aesthetically pleasing, but also one that sets itself apart from your average candle.  When we couldn't find it, we decided to handcraft it.

Our candles are handcrafted in small batches using simple ingredients: our proprietary soy wax blend, high quality phthalate-free essential oil infused fragrance oils, and lead and zinc free cotton or natural wood wicks.  We chose soy because it's American grown, renewable, clean burning, and long lasting.  Our scents are inspired by the environment and evoke feelings of peace, warmth, comfort, and relaxation.  Each candle is hand-poured, carefully cured and lovingly packaged for gift giving.

We started with home fragrance; candles, wax melts, linen sprays and reed diffusers, but then we asked ourselves, "Why stop there?".  In addition to our salty collection of signature artisan candles, we now offer all natural skin and hair care products inspired by nature and a minimalists approach.  Explore our growing collection of handcrafted, small-batch butters, scrubs, salves, balms and soaps made with all natural ingredients like shea and mango butters, pure organic beeswax, sea salts harvested from the Dead Sea, organic olive oil, jojoba, hemp, and coconut oils, and the powerful benefits of 100% pure essential oils.
