Intro To My Candle Review
I live in an area that generally has pretty tame winters, but I’ve even noticed the distinct chill in the air. During this time of year, I like snuggling up with a warm, cozy candle and a good book. I decided to pull out Warm Tobacco from a new-to-me company, FLAMME Candle Company, which I thought would pair nicely with my current mystery novel.
First Impressions of My Candle
Ok, this candle rated an A+ for the adorable factor. The dark matte candle jar and black lid made me want to want to run for my blanket and book – pronto! The vessel itself was cool in my hands and of a good weight. Definitely good quality. There was a big white label on the front that did indicate the scent and company name. It takes a little elbow grease, but the label could be removed for just the nice, sleek jar if you so chose. The wax was an off white color and there was a single, well-centered wick. It was an 11oz jar.
I took a deep whiff and was hit by a warm, smoky scent with hints of sweetness. It was a scent that did make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I decided to light this candle in a small living space to see what it could do. It did not take a long time for me to reach a full wax melt pool with this candle. It was a shallow but even wax melt pool. I started noticing the scent wafting in the air – smooth and bold, yet a little bit caramel-ly sweet.
I left this candle burning for a few hours and I was amazed at how well it filled the space it was in. The scent itself was moderately strong but it carried well – I could smell it even as I moved it out into a more open space, too. Sweet!
How Did My Candle Perform?
This was a clean, slow burning candle. I did not have any wasted wax on the sides of the jar. It kept a pretty big flame, but it was manageable throughout. I just kept my wick trimmed in between burns. I loved being able to repurpose the jar itself after the wax was gone.
Closing To My Candle Review
I was pleased with this cozy candle and think it was perfect for snuggling up by the fire. The warm, smooth aroma was perfect without being overbearing and I loved it being a no-fuss candle. Being able to reuse the candle jar was an added bonus.
