Review: Unbelievable shipping & customer service

First of all, unbelievable shipping and customer service! Kathy, the owner, answered my e-mails within minutes. I ordered my tarts and tart warmer on a Thursday and received my box on Monday! WOW! The tart warmer was smaller than expected but it is really adorable and it does the job. It came with a bag of kibbles that is very generous in size! I ordered CINNAMON STRUDEL and it is wonderful and true. YUMMY! I also ordered a 36 pack of assorted tarts. I varied the scents with some fruits, bakery and floral/fruit mix. So far the tarts are moderately to highly scented. I really loved the RED APPLE FUSION(apple and vanilla), SPICED PEARS, COCONUTTY PEARS, VANILLA WAFERS & GRANDMA’S KITCHEN. (Which was a freebie!) They all had a good throw. PURE INNOCENSE was really nice, but it was so strong that I had to blow it out and let it linger before lighting it again. It’s just something with me and florals. 🙂 BUTTERFLY HUGS was strong too, so I only lit one tart when I usually light two at a time. But the scent was really beautiful; lily of the valley, rose and apple blossom. I also really enjoyed TROPICAL TWIST which is perfect for summer; fruits and coconut! The others I ordered smell really great cold, but I will have to burn to see. I think this a really nice, solid company and I would like to try some of their other products.
