What did my candle smell like?

Okay, I’m officially annoyed. I bought this candle not even 2 weeks ago and I already can’t find it on Bath & Body Works website. What the heck? I don’t know if it’s because they sell out quickly or what but I’m reviewing it anyway. Might as well since I have a feeling this scent will come back. It’s REALLY good!

Here is the scent description pulled from the bottom of my candle:

“Fall’s sweetness and spice balances perfectly in a blend of sparkling brown sugar crystals and freshly ground allspice.”

The picture on the label shows some type of delicious patchwork pie so I was curious what this candle would smell like. First impression smelling the wax….. brown sugar all the way. It was rich with tiny hints of a unique spice I was unfamiliar with. It was bakery for sure but very unique and unlike anything I’ve ever smelled before. It had to be the “Allspice.” I decided to look up allspice to see what kind of spice it is and it’s described as a mix of different kinds of pepper. Didn’t tell me much but I have to say…. It’s super unique.

I lit my candle in a large bedroom and within a few minutes, the aroma was traveling through the room. Within a half hour, it was in every nook and cranny of airspace. This candle is STRONG! Not headache inducing but more of a medium, full bodied aroma. The fragrance stays true once burning… the scent – brown sugar and spice.

Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this fragrance a 10. It was incredibly aromatic. LOVED!!

How did my candle burn?

My candle burned perfect. No wick issues, clean and even burn from beginning to end. A+

Closing to my review: 

I started this candle not sure of how I was going to like it and ended up loving it. It was one of the most unique bakery scents I’ve ever tried from Bath & Body Works. It wasn’t really a cake or pie scent… just a sweet brown sugar with a unique spice element. I loved it and would for sure purchase it again.

Definitely recommend this candle to all bakery lovers. It’s warm and cozy.
