June has been a hot month, with summer now gearing up. We’ve seen many of the mask mandates lifted and people getting back to some of their usual summer activities. June was also the month to celebrate Father’s Day, so we chose the theme of Leading Men this month. We hunted high and low to find some things we thought some special guys might enjoy, but we tried to leave no one out as we created this special box. All boxes have shipped out, so we thought it was high time to talk about what was in them!
About Our Box Reveals
We don’t discuss the full content of our boxes until they have shipped out, as we don’t want to spoil the surprise. After boxes have started to leave our doors, we post our monthly box reveal, going through all the contents of each box type in detail. It’s our opportunity to explain the meaning behind the current month’s theme, how we choose products for the boxes, and to give you some more details on each specific product included. Theme: Leading Men
Our Leading Men box was one that focused on some more “masculine” scents or were products that were meant to appeal to the male market. We hate those pigeonholes, though, so we know that the scents and products could really be enjoyed by all. It was still fun putting together this box with the thought of some pretty awesome guys being able to open it up with joy.

August Moon Candles is based in New York and specializes in handmade novelty candles & wax melts. The wax melts are not just cute to look at – they score well in the performance department, too! These little tools had our office smelling oh-so-good when they arrived.
Creating Candles is my outlet to release the everyday stress. The art, the design and bring it to fruition is the most enjoyable & relaxing thereby after everyday stress. I would love to share my creations with you.

This indie candle & fragrance brand offers luxurious candles with fun, thoughtful names & complex scent profiles. Their high quality candles can be enjoyed by everyone, though they do focus on a male market. We’ve been pleased with the quality of products and the customer service from this company. They simply rock!
GUY FOX is not your normal fragrance company. We’re just two best friends from California who got tired of paying huge mark-ups for colognes & candles simply because they had some Italian dude’s name on it. We’ve spent the last 2 years researching, testing, and developing our first 7 cologne scents as well as our first 4 candles.

Shop small or go home! Luna Wax is a small, indie shop that makes some amazing wax melts in all sorts of shapes and sizes. For our June boxes, we’ve snapped up these cute little piggies, who are almost too adorable to melt! The scent name fit right in, too: “Dads Are The Best.”
I love working with different types of fragrances and truly enjoy mixing to get scents that incorporate the sense of a theme. Often times enjoy finding a shape to go with the theme as well, but the piggies are our favorites.

We fell in love with the candles and wax melts from The Scented Oar when doing their candle review. The wax melts are highly scented and last a super long time. For a real treat, try their 3-wick candles…swoon! We had a selection of scents that fit in more with our theme of this month.
