Okay, what bakery lover can resist a scent named Sea Salt & Maple Popcorn? Not me!! I had to have this one!
Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:
Sea salted butterscotch, vanilla bourbon, amber maple syrup.
YUM!! First impression… a buttery, salty yummy popcorn with sweet maple syrup!! Heavy on the butterscotch and heavy on the salt. This scent smelled truly scrumptious!! Now let’s see how it performs. I’m hoping and crossing fingers it’s a room filler. Please! Please! Please!!
I lit this candle in my master bedroom and waited for the magic to begin… I’d say it took roughly ten minutes. From then on out, the yummy and salty aroma of a bakery butterscotch and maple syrup filled my bedroom with fragrance. The saltiness in the air did give it a popcorn feel and it smelled delicious. I’m sure the vanilla bourbon was there as well, it was just harder to pinpoint against everything else going on. This is what I smelled the most… sweet buttery butterscotch, salt and maple syrup – and all were blended to perfection. Loved this one!
Strength – I would rate this candle an 8 out of 10 in a really large room. That’s pretty good. 10 in medium to smaller rooms.
How did my candle burn?
This candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish.
Closing to my review:
Loved Sea Salt & Maple Popcorn and highly recommend it to those who love sweet butterscotch scents or even just bakery scents in general. This fragrance was very rich and had the perfect touch of saltiness to tone down the sweetness of the butterscotch and maple syrup. I really, REALLY liked it. Will I purchase it again? Heck yeah! I think I’ll end up getting more than one to keep on hand.
