Introduction to my 1803 Candle reviews:
I feel so blessed to be part of Candlefind. It gives me the opportunity to try awesome candles from so many amazing companies I normally may never try. It’s an adventure, isn’t it? Trying new brands and exploring all they have to offer. I also like to think of myself as an “equal opportunity” candle lover, meaning, I love all candles across the spectrum but I admit, soy brands do hold a special place in my home. I love the texture, the “all natural” quality with this type of wax and I don’t know why but bakery scents seem to stand out even more in soy wax giving them a more realistic aroma. At least in my experience anyway.
And now we come to my newest adventure… 1803 Candles.
This is my first experience with this company and oh my goodness was I excited to try this brand. The moment I entered their site, I was sucked in and felt compelled to browse every page. This site has an old vintage/country style feel to it and I was drawn to the layout. Their home page is beautifully articulated, giving you a few paragraphs to read about their company along with stunning pictures of their products for us visual junkies. From there you can browse their products from soy mason jars to scented melts, diffusers, room sprays, soaps and much more.
Are you curious yet? You should be. I think I’m in love!!
When I received my box chuck full of candles, I was in sensory nirvana. Every fragrance I received smelled so authentic, I was completely mesmerized. Even my husband was curious and opened each jar to smell them all and surprise of all surprises… he liked pretty much every candle minus the floral scents, which was no surprise there.
These candles just so you know are 100% soy and all natural meaning, you won’t find any coloring or extra additives in your candles. Just pure white soy wax and fragrance.

And now it’s time to delve into these candles and get to reviewing. My first choice… Mistletoe Kisses. As soon as I smelled this candle, I was blown away by how realistic is smelled and felt compelled to review it first, especially with Christmas right around the corner.
