First impression of Salted Caramel Apple:

I love apple scents pretty much all year long and Salted Caramel Apple smelled pretty darn good when I first opened the lid. I smelled sweet and fresh apples with hints of caramel. No hint of salt but maybe those notes will come out once the wax was melting.

Just a FYI… these melts were purchased at my local Walmart and they don’t say limited addition so that’s a good thing. The bad news… ScentSationals no longer sells melts on their website… you can only purchase their melts now at Walmart stores and not every store carries every scent. That’s the part I don’t like.

Okay, time to start melting!

Melting:

I used the entire clamshell pack (3 cubes each) in 2 electric melters in my great room. Once melting, it took just a few minutes to start noticing the scent and wow… it was pretty strong! The aroma… a delicious and creamy caramel apple. I didn’t detect the salt notes but I was okay with that. The scent was pretty perfect as it was. A sweet and delicious caramel apple.

Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate these melts a 9 in a large room. 10 above in medium to smaller rooms. This was a room filler.

In closing, if you love caramel apple scents, Salted Caramel Apple is a good one. I loved it and will probably purchase more.
