"I have heard many good things about Yankee Candle, and I have smelled delicious smells through the wrapping, but this week is the first time I bought a candle of this brand. I chose a deep bright red candle called Berry Bramble. Pictured on the package are strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Overall, I would say this was a good candle. It had a very nice sweet and fruity scent. Smell I could most easily identify was the strawberry. The scent was genuine and pleasing. It was well worth the additional cost as compared a cheaper strawberry candle I bought recently that smelled like a child's artificially flavored strawberry candy.

I would call it a medium fragranced candle, very appropriate for people who don't like strong scents. I personally prefer a slightly larger fragrance throw. I believe a jar candle in this scent would provide a much greater sphere of influence. However, since I was being cheap and trying a new candle I just had the 1.75 ounce votive (smallish sized votive)."
