Today was a Lush day for me (have to admit not a big fan, think there over priced and over hyped, these were gifts but I doubt i'll buy again, maybe i'm just bitter as i don't have a bath in my house so I can't experience all pretty bombs and such lol)

Ocean salt scrub
B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful shower gel
Happy melting, Linda.

Thornwood Thicket sounds good. Today I used up a scrub from Cocoapink - Harijaku Banana (or however it's spelled) I know it's not an autumn scent but it smells yummy.

Today I wore Haus of Gloi's pumpkin butter for the first time. The scent was Lemon Curd and Honeysuckle. Ohhhhhh, be still my heart! This stuff is divine! [smilie=th_slider_flirt] The texture is creamy, and very moisturizing. It's a teeny bit oily when it first goes on, but absorbs quickly. Perfect for this dry desert climate. The scent is so good I have to remind myself to act normal in public because, well, it looks a little weird to be sniffing my forearm in a restaurant. [smilie=th_thlaughter]

Oh yes, I definitely see more HoG pumpkin butter in my future. [smilie=th_aa17]

Used a ssmple of soynsuds oatmeal milk and honey soap in my shower today. It left my skin feeling lovely and soft and with a slight scent. There was actually oats in it so it doubled up as an exfoliant.

I topped it off with the body shops shea butter body butter. Needed something a little heavier today as i'm starting to get my winter dry skin.
Happy melting, Linda.

Today I got to open a fresh bar of soap. Arcana - Breakfast in Hollywood. I've also been enjoying an older Savor scrub called Christmas Eve.

The other day, DH and I got in his new car to run errands. We were talking about how wonderful our older car smelled after the recent deep cleaning we gave it.

As we settled into his car and took off, he said, "Man! I know my car's new, but it smells fantastic in here, like no new car I've ever smelled! Waaaay better than your car. How can a car smell THIS GOOD?!"

I grinned demurely and quietly said, "It's me."

"[smilie=th_sSig_what] YOU? What are you saying?"

"It's me. I'm what smells so good."

"Wowww!"

Haus of Gloi's pumpkin butter in Lavender Sugar made my day! [smilie=th_0b464f69745090d9d8a0f

Shucks, thanks Maggie. It was especially surprising since, when it comes to smellies, all I ever hear from the man are complaints. [smilie=th_insane]

Puppy - what a cute story! When U said 'U grinned demurely', I could just picture U peeking at him under your lashes, too. You have a way with words, ya know. [smilie=yes] And, I'm thinkin..... U kinda made your DH's day, too. [smilie=th_c032] :hearts_tr:

Oh, thank you, Sweet. Your post is just darling! [smilie=yes]

Mine too, Maggie. Exactly! At least we can be grateful that they're not constantly grumbling, eh? [smilie=th_giggle] Silly guys.
