Yule goes live November 12th at Noon PST!

Scents coming soon:

Snow Wolf
Bristling and prowling, lonesome and haunting. Three howling firs, white frankincense, vanilla bean husk, tainted by droplets of blood cedar. (Reformulated. Handmade soap, perfume oil, pumpkin butter, bubbling scrub, emulsifying scrub)

Hearth
The warm glowing center of home. Autumns last apple pickings, warm bread, orange rind, various fire roasted nuts, cracked black pepper all nailed down by an oozing sticky (Handmade soap, perfume oil, pumpkin butter, bubbling scrub, emulsifying scrub)

Eggnoggin'
The Haus 'nog! Cream, sugar and a shot of dark rum topped with fresh grated nutmeg.
(Handmade soap, perfume oil, pumpkin butter, bubbling scrub, emulsifying scrub)

Three Treasures
Sacred gifts of frankincense, myrrh and gold. Smouldering with warmth and brightened with a touch of mandarin rind. (Handmade soap, perfume oil, pumpkin butter, bubbling scrub, emulsifying scrub)

Sweet Potato Treat
The epitome of holiday comfort food: Sweet potatoes with mild spices, butter and brown sugar baked off with marshmallows. (Whipped soap, pumpkin butter, perfume oil)

Imp is my favorite, too! It just makes me feel so happy when I smell it.

I still have my Snow Wolf scrub from last year plus 1/2 bar of soap. It's a refreshing scent, that's for certain.

Will probably just get the whipped soap in Sweet Potato Treat and sample size pumpkin butters in Eggnoggin and Three Treasures.

I recently got my Haus of Gloi winter scents goodies in the mail and I am so thrilled with my order! My two favorite scents from my order were Hearth and Sweet Potato Treats. In our recent swap Pam gave me a perfume vial in Hearth and I completely went bonkers for it [smilie=th_insane] lol! For this order I got a full size pumpkin butter and a 2oz bubbling scrub, to me it smells like apple nut bread with a hint of orange, mmm! I am a big fan of their pumpkin butters because they are really moisturizing and they scent my skin like a perfume. I put some pumpkin butter on my shoulders and neck I can still smell the scent at least 3hrs or more!!

I picked Sweet Potato Treats in a whipped soap and a 2oz pumpkin butter and this stuff smells so edible I want to eat it, best sweet potato scent hands down [smilie=th_aa20] !!! It is defintiely a thanksgiving appropriate scent LOL!! I litereally can get over how much it smells like the real thing!!

The final thing I picked was Eggnoggin in a 2oz scrub and a 2oz pumpkin butter. When I first recevied these I could hardly smell them but a week later the scent is starting to come out more. What I like about it is smells like a creamy eggnog and a hint of nutmeg and the nutmeg is not overpowering. I noticed using Haus scrubs in the past, the scents are even stronger in the shower so maybe this will be the case for this.

I also received a free perfume vial sample in Honeysuckle and Lemon Curd and I LOVE this, it is so fresh and the honeysuckle and lemon really meld well together I might get this soon because sometimes I crave spring and summery scents in the Winter and this is such a pretty scent all year round!

Still haven't made a Haus Yule order, but it would be a shame to let another year pass without trying Sweet Potato Treat. I will be skipping Three Treasures, though.

Wish I had known, Alli. I have this in a large pumpkin butter. Would have scent you half of it. The scent of the butter is mainly bright lemon with no honeysuckle note. Next time I use this, I plan to mellow out the lotion with either a buttercream or a vanilla from another etailer. It's a bit too much lemon for me, and for my family!

Thanks for letting me know about the pumpkin butter being really strong in the lemon. I saw someone do a review on youtube in how some of Haus perfume oils smelled a lot different than the body butters or scrubs maybe honeysuckle and lemon curd is one of those scents. I had to laugh when you said it was too much lemon for your family, my mom doesn't like strong lemon scents either and I always know when they're too strong if my mom says something LOL! Although I don't like strong lemon scents either but I do like when they are blended with a bakery, floral, or other fruity note. You have to treat yourself Pam to Sweet Potato Treats [smilie=th_funny_sign] . it is such a fun scent but you really have to like sweet potatoes because it smells identical :)

Alli, I just melted my first Sweet Potato tart last week and now I am addicted. Maybe it is just because it was a CFTKR tart, but I need more of this scent. I am pretty sure I wouldn't want Sweet Potato Treat in a body butter...only as a wash-off soap. But one never knows. I may have to go back for the pumpkin butter !

One day, I had freshly applied the Honeysuckle and Lemon Curd pumpkin butter right before my family piled into the car to go out to dinner. I honestly thought they would throw me out of the car. No one liked the heavy lemon scent. I am going to do a test this week and mix a small batch of this with my CP Vanilla Bean Noel. Guess I'll start with a 50/50 combo. I'll let you know what I discover. Oh...just rememberedd something. Did you see the description for Lemon Noel on Lilypad's website? OMG....WANT!

Wow, a sweet potato tart sounds AMAZING Pam!! Really like the sweet potato treast in haus whipped soap if you are looking for a wash-off product ;) OMG that is so funny about the car trip and the honeysuckle and lemon curd!! Something happen to me like that similar when I wore CP's Pumpkin Fried Ice Cream perfume in the car and my mom was like that smells too spicy like potpourri LOL!! Although when I wore CP's Naughty Pumpkin she liked that one, go figure

Sounds like a good idea layering honeysuckle lemon curd with CP's vbn, let me know if it wins them over :)
Lemon Noel sounds really pretty with the addition of cranberries and white chocolate! I also want to get from Lilypad
Coconut Snow Cake-Moist coconut cake with creamy cinnamon-vanilla frosting.
Frosted Gingerbread
Eggnog Cheesecake
Ambre Vanilla

Winter Reverie goes live Tuesday the 13th at Noon PST!
http://hausofgloi.com/

Hello everyone! Thank you for being patient with us while we get our Reverie ball a rollin'...

Here's what we got this year!

Boreal
A note about Boreal: If you're wary of camphorous notes associated with eucalyptus, fear not! This variety is smooth, woody and clean - not at all sharp or medicinal.
*
Pale lily, South African eucalyptus, white champa, petitgrain, white grapefruit, rosemary and a bit of white cocoa co2 to take off the bite.

(Perfume, Pumpkin Butter, Whipped Soap)

Winter Divinity
Sugary white vanilla divinity with a surprising jolt of peppermint.
(Perfume, Pumpkin Butter, Whipped Soap)

Hot Cocoa
A simple cup of hot cocoa with a few mostly melted marshmallows.
(Perfume, Pumpkin Butter, Whipped Soap)

Peppermint Cocoa
Hot cuppa cocoa infused with peppermint.
(Perfume, Pumpkin Butter, Whipped Soap)
