I've been doing the exact same thing. I have a ton of clothes that I just never wear, but I kept around "for the yardsale" - I finally realized that the yardsale isn't ever happening. Way too much work for the $1 per piece that people around here would pay. Ebay is a headache too, so I just decided that donating is the route for me!

We don't do yard sales anymore, either. Everything gets donated.
So far today I've:
checked e-mail
gone to Curves
gone to the grocery store
primed the bathroom
spent way more time than necessary sniffing my new clams from 1803 Candles

Done:
- pack lunches
- make coffee
- clean up "present" left by the dog
- put the dog out (shocker! He didn't have to go!)
- turn on warmer in the livingroom
- get myself cleaned up and dressed
- fold a load of laundry
- wash another load of laundry
- wash up a few dishes that appeared in the sink overnight
- get my son to take the trash out
- make a list for grocery store and Walmart
To do:
- school drop offs
- hit Walmart and grocery store
- pick up a gift for my friend's daughter
- two more loads of laundry
- ironing
- make beds at some point
- sweep and mop
- school pick ups
- help with homework
- start dinner
Not even 8am, and I'm already ready for a nap!

ate breakfast
took kids to school
did two loads of laundry
swiffered the wood floors upstairs
vacuumed bedrooms
wiped down countertops in kitchen (which was just done last night
went to Curves
stopped at grocery store to get some grapes (.99 a lb!
came home, ate lunch, checked e-mails
picked kids up from school
went to the post office
stopped at Sonic for half price drinks
took chicken out of freezer for dinner
