We will be holding a small contest with this week's company spotlight. This time I am thinking of a number between 3 and 100. The first person whose post number matches the number I am thinking about will win a 12oz bear jar candle in their choice of scent. (To see your post number look in the upper right hand corner of your post.)

The posts in this thread must be related somehow to Lovebug Candles. Any posts that are not related will have to be deleted. Sorry guys, but it's the only way to keep a correct count for the contest.

I will announce the winner as soon as the magic number is reached.

Good luck and Happy Valentine's Day, Candlefinders!

Has anyone ordered from Lovebug before?
I didn't see any tarts, but the candles are cute as can be (especially the bear!)
Do you know if any of them are double-wicked?
I love looking at new companies.
Altho I certainly don't NEED to do anymore looking (which leads to ordering!)
LOL

What a cute company name! I love those mini-candelina votives. Too adorable. The soaps are darling too. My DGD's would love those.

Love the bear candles! Looks like a great scent list, too, just wish they had scent descriptions!

When I was reading the company info, I though "squee!!! how cute!!!" when I saw bear candles.

I wonder what type of wax they use? It doesn't say.

I agree! I hate when they don't offer scent descriptions. I think that's half the fun! They do have a good variety of scents available though. Really liking the sound of Butter Rum Cappuccino.

Count me in on that too. I rely heavily on scent descriptions when it's not something basic like "cloves" or "peppermint". It matters even more when it's a whole candle and not just a 1 oz tart.

They also have a Mocha Cappucino (or Cappucino Mocha... forget which way that went) that sounds good.

I wonder what the Smokey Mountain Mist is like?

Those little Candelina votives remind me of the tiny Illuminations jars. I always thought those were cute, too!

I'm not sure - it sounds good. I like the name, I mean. Gee, some of these really could use scent descriptions. Like Pink Flamingo. What does that smell like?

Here's a question: If you won (meaning any of our members), which candle scent would you choose? Remember you can only choose one!

If I had to choose one off that scent list, I think I would go with Tangerine Dream. I have known that one to be a good thrower from other companies, so I would expect it to throw well with these candles. That would be a good indicator for how their candles perform scent-wise.

My favorite part about these candles is how the jars are strategically designed so you can use it for something else after the candle is gone! It's great that people can recycle glass in most areas, but even better to turn it into a shaker or reuse as a jar or mug. Lovebug Candles, Mother Earth thanks you.

As for scents, I might try strawberries & champagne. But it's really a pet peeve of mine to not have scent descriptions, so that alone would probably scare me away from this vendor most days.

Ooooo... another company to try! Even though I'm in Lock down I can still look, right?! haha. I, too, wish they had scent descriptions. Most of them are self explanatory but the scents that intrigue me, such as Frostbite, need one. A lot of cute products, though! Yippee!

Sure and begorrah I'm mostly Irish, so I want to know what Lucky Clover smells like. I'd give that one a try, hoping all the while it doesn't smell like a dusty, musty leprechaun. [smilie=th_Skratta_Bankabordet]

That scent caught my eye, too! But I didn't think about the leprechaun aspect. [smilie=th_shocked_sick_big]
