Thanks again Gail! I understand now...Keurig told me that if I use filtered water (even though I DO have a built in filter in the machine) and descale it every 2-3 months it should never break down. That's a promise I want to see...so here goes!

Happy to see so many with the Keurig! I find them personally to have wonderful customer service. My first machine was purchased in 2004, about a week into using it, I found the top that you open to put the K cup in was clicking, I called and I got a new machine in a few days. That machine just died about a month ago, so it was a good 7 years with no problems. It was kinda spirting water while brewing and leaving ground all inside there and in the coffee cup. It was yucky. Actually, just bought the replacement and it arrived this past Monday. I love, love, love the Keurig, I would never switch!
