I need to vent about something that has nothing to do with candles.

My sister in law is preggo and her shower is in May.

Went to Babies R Us (my HELL) with Abbie on Friday to buy a gift for my sister in law. Did EVERYTHING right. Printed the registry from their station WATCHED the cashier SCAN the registry during purchase and lo and behold double checked the registry online today and what do you know? Moron cashier DID IT WRONG and the item I got is still on the registry as if no one bought it. Looked at my receipt and the idiot scanned the registry 2 times. Once after the gift wrap and once after my donation to Autism Speaks... NOT after the gift. WHAT AN IDIOT. Now I hope no one buys what I bought before I can get this sorted. I HATE when people don't know how to do their jobs. I am so mad and I am going to be mortified if someone else gets the same gift bc of this! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!! Babies R US SUCKS!

Oh that sucks!

Something similar happened to me once as well! I had bought a baby tub for my friend and filled it with more goodies all from her list and wouldn't you know I get to baby shower and someone else had bought a baby tub also!!!! I'm like Uggghh! Like who really needs 2 baby tubs. It's very annoying. Takes the fun out of it, especially if your gift gets open after the the first one!!! LOL!! I hope you can get everything straightened out!

I have this thought daily, Gina: " Doesn't anyone do their job right". I can usually apply this to something at least once a day. I hope things turn out o.k. on the shower gift.

Thanks guys! Let's hope they fixed it in time and no one else bought the same thing but they did fix it. I made sure I expressed my annoyance with them LOL I was so mad!! You're right, takes the fun out of it!
