Long day with the kids' soccer game and then a trip to Costco so we just had snack type stuff; mango salsa with tortilla chips, fresh strawberries, salami and cheese.

I LOVE snacky meals! yum!

Today's Sunday dinner is ham, au gratin potatoes, baked beans and cole slaw. I'm just getting ready to eat it.

mommyluvsnoah, your meal sounds fabulous! It's hot here (107) so I don't want to use the oven. I'm going to make chicken alfredo with tossed salad.

Yeah, I agree, but this is where the military sent us so here we are. At least we are on the same side of the country as the rest of our family for the first time in 10 years.

As long as you are close to your family-that's the most important thing!

Tonight we had a regular summer meal- Hot dogs, pork and beans, and chips!

Holy Moly? That tends to be my phrase of choice lately, although I don't know why. LOL!

Cool post (yes, I'm a little late in seeing this!).

Grilled cheese and sliced tomatoe on the side drizzled with basil olive oil. Simple.
