We just finished eating, and man, was it good! You gotta love cheesy, greasy food! :)

Karla, your lasagna recipe sounds really good! I think I may try it. I love lasagna, but never put it together myself. When we have lasagna, it's Stouffer's, which is pretty good, imo, but I'd like to try something different.

Tonight will be hamburgers on the George Foreman with coleslaw. The kids will frown at the coleslaw, but, hey, you can't always please everyone! My son doesn't like pasta salad and my daughter doesn't like baked beans so I'll make coleslaw, which neither one of them like. LOL My husband and I love it, though, so I still make it occasionally and insist they try it in the hopes that they will learn to like it. Does anyone prepare something different if someone doesn't like something?

WIth as many kids as I have, if I had to make something different to please everyone, I'd have to open a buffet. LOL! [smilie=th_f5a39fcb] Occasionally, with things I know they dislike, I'll let them have something different, but I'm trying to get them to realize they can't always be too picky.

I think we should keep this thread going. I enjoy reading about what people had for dinner for some reason and maybe we can all get a few ideas from this thread. So keep posting! Today, I was very busy and got fast food (Sonic). Tomorrow, I will have to eat better! [smilie=thank_you]

I love Sonic. We have one 4 miles from us so sometimes we ride our bikes there in the evening to get an ice-cream or something. Tonight we are having something simple, and, though not entirely nutritious, definitely kid friendly; chicken patty sandwiches, mac & cheese and either carrot sticks or fresh sliced strawberries.

I like this thread, too. Tonight, we're going barbecue pork ribs (boneless) on the grill, with fresh corn on the cob and salad. Ordinarily, we're very light eaters (grazers) but we're trying to do better. I'd say we only have a "real" dinner 3-4 nights a week and the others are fend-for-yourself nights, with soups, sandwiches, leftovers, etc. So maybe this thread will inspire me!

Tonight it is spaghetti & meatballs from on the go bistro, deli section of the grocery store.

We're having pepperoni pizza from the Walmart deli. Dh, the kids, and I are convinced this is some of the best pizza ever! Yum!

I have had a really bad day today, so I went to applebee's for a steak, french fries, applesauce, and a hot fudge sundae.

What are Saratoga Chips? Is this a brand of potato chips or am I way off? And if you care to share how you make your salad dressing, I'm all ears!
