ScentSationals fans!! Thoughts on my order, please?

So, we visited daughter and family and went to WalMart to get diapers and goodies to be helpful and OF COURSE, I had to stop by and "visit" the wax!

Found out that someone gifted her a Scentsy warmer so I had her pick out 6 ScentSationals and BH&G clams. I got a few myself!

I got:
Another Cinnamon and Spice (I SWEAR this is the best cinnamon I have tried from anyone)
Vanilla Bean
Warm Hugs
My mom is my best friend (vanilla cupcake buttercream frosting).

Today I ordered (by description, not sniff!) from ScentSationals site:
  • Comforts of Home
  • Cinnamon Apples
  • Country Cider
  • Vanilla Pumpkin Cream
  • Mulled Apple Cider
  • Stars & Stripes

Anyone tried any of the new ones I ordered? I hope I like them but at their price, they are pretty safe bets. Curious what you think of any of these fragrances.

Thanks!

Karen - I totally understand your need to visit the wax aisle. If a store sells it - I'm stopping to sniff it. I have 3 of the ones U ordered - Vanilla Pumpkin Cream, Mulled Apple Cider and Stars & Stripes. I just melted the MAC (either last nite or the nite before...it's all a blur :D )- yummm! I haven't melted the other 2 yet, but really like the cold sniffs. [smilie=th_smiley_emoticons_hurr

I don't know if it's a good or bad thing but there is no melting wax to be found in stores around here.

The 3 Wal-Mart's I've checked out = nada
Any bath & body product store = zilch
Specialty stores with big candle sections = haven't found a wax melt yet...

On the other hand, I am a ferocious online shopper and love to support small businesses.

I thought all Walmarts carry the melts, either ScentSationals or the Better Homes and Gardens. I haven't seen a Walmart that doesn't carry them!

I have the mulled apple cider, and I like it a lot. It lasted a long time, and was fairly strong.

Stars & Stripes is fantastic! My husband requires me to keep some of it in the house at all times. I comply with this desire very willingly. I think it may be my favorite of all time.

I recently got a sample of that from a CF friend and loved it! It's an apple pie-type scent, right? Can't find it in my Walmart, though. :( I'll keep watching for it!

Comforts of Home is wonderful--I have had it for a long time but just today melted it and I ordered more right away.

I have Vanilla Pumpkin Cream but haven't tried it yet but it smells wonderful cold.

I bought Stars and Stripes but gave it away as a gift before ever trying it but will order it again.

I think you made some great choices.
Today is the tomorrow that worried you yesterday and all is well.

I didnt know you could order WalMart melts. Care to spill where? Never saw Stars & Strips at my stores either, but love the cup cake.

Karen, I for one really miss you and hope you'll come back. [smilie=_smileyfacehugging_]

I ordered it from Scentsationals' website. I have never seen this fragrance at my Wal Mart either. And yes, it smells just like apple pie. Since I cannot bake a pie to save my life, it's perfect for me.
