First impression of Limeade:
I saved my favorite of the bunch for last. I’m a citrus lover. It’s so fresh and clean – and I simply can’t resist it. Especially during spring and summer months.
Here is the scent description for Limade:
A sparkling burst of lime is blended with fresh green notes of agave nectar and captured by crisp herbaceous notes for a refreshing aroma.
Mmm!! Smelling the wax, I smelled citrus lime the most with lots of sugar and what I’m guessing was agave nectar. Two words… tart and fresh!! I loved it right off the bat!!
I used the entire clamshell pack divided equally between two electric melters in my great room. Once melting, it didn’t take long (about ten minutes) before the fragrance of sweet and tart lemon/lime filled the upper level of my home. A sweet and refreshing citrus I enjoyed from start to finish.
Citrus lovers… Limeade was pretty good and definitely my favorite of the 6 scents I tried from Colonial’s spring/summer collection. It was all lime and super strong. Definitely recommend this one if you love citrus scents.
Strength – I would rate these melts a 10 across the board in any size room. Not sure on the candle but I’m definitely going to find out. I’ll probably purchase a large candle… they’re my favorite size.
